Members appreciate the warm greetings and goodbyes they receive from staff. With a wide range of equipment available and a relaxed atmosphere, it's easy to find a machine to use, even during less busy hours. The gym has broken machines and water bottle filling stations at some locations, but this particular location has everything working and is a great open space for working out. The staff, such as Jessie and Kevin, are known for their excellent customer service, providing tours and guidance on using the equipment. Customers have praised the hydromassage chair, which has helped alleviate pain for those with conditions like diabetic neuropathy.
The PF location where I live always has broken machines/water bottle filling stations so I drive 15 minutes to this location instead. Nice open gym, everything works.
