I wish I could leave 0 stars. Buy your Honda somewhere else. Hondas are awesome cars and I’ve loved the ones I’ve had, but I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this dealership. Went in to buy an Odyssey a few months ago and was lied to about features on the car which made shopping confusing and more difficult. Just went in to look at an Accord and CRV and was once again lied to about features, then told that everything was out of my price range. Was then denied the opportunity to even look at the interior of these cars. If you want a positive buying experience go somewhere else.

Our experience through Piazza Honda has been nothing but exceptional. We have been treated with respect, patience, transparency, and a strong knowledge base with feedback to any questions we had along the process. A decision of this responsibility can be incredibly stressful. Our sales representative, Frank Crinite, took all of our concerns seriously, and was patient to answer the slue of questions we did present. His knowledge of the industry was impressive. He has held true to his words. The supporting team including Marianna, Justin, and Chesley, were just as on point and professional as he was. They each had an individual impact on our experience to which we are grateful. This the best dealer integration we have ever encountered. Anyone can "TRY" and sell a car. I myself am a tough customer, for better or worse. We feel confident in our choice to return to Piazza Honda. Thank you for your professionalism and consistency in your presentation of Piazza. Lastly, a thank you to the entire service department as well. We know, one does not exist with out the other. Service is just as important to us. We are excited about our decision. Thank you again.

These guys will not stop harassing me. Go to mainline Honda instead. They never harassed me and never signed me up for non stop emails. They must be getting desperate spam emailing people after they have told them to stop 4 times. Go to mainline Honda instead. Take me off the list like I asked Frank.
