OVERPRICED. I had a problem where the car did not start with the start engine button-- no click or nothing. But the radio went on and the heater, doors etc worked fine. We called AAA. I went out and held the start button in for couple seconds and the car started. By the time AAA got to my house it was running. AAA came out and found the battery was fine . They found the battery was at 72 percent. They found this in 2 minutes. We called Piazza and the service manager told us he said some of these cars have had issues with the start button -- so we took it to Piazza so they could review the DIAGNOSTICS CODES. They told us they found nothing in the codes and then they told us they erased the codes. They charged the battery and found it was a little bit low so they charged it. Since they could not find anything wrong, we told them to replace the battery since the car is 3 years old. When we got the bill --they charged us $199 to do the diagnosis and ANOTHER 360 DOLLARS which includes labor to replace the battery ! So we ended up paying 560 to replace the battery and we still don't know if something else is wrong with it. We went back to service to complain and they would not adjust the bill. and we still don't know what was wrong with the car.

I would give a 0 if I could! Don't take your car to Piazza Honda They stole the remote start off of my car when I took it in for repair!! They couldn't figure out why my battery kept dying so they just started replacing everything. They had my car for weeks and they fixed it by removing my remote start. I had a remote start when I dropped it off and now I don't! They investigated and no one admits to taking it. What a surprise!! They are a bunch of sleazy liars!

I purchased my first Honda today. The dealer, Frank Crinite, was highly recommended. We had visited 3 other dealers while researching my car of choice. Piazza was by far the best experience! From the receptionist to the Business Mgr, Tyler, to Justin who demonstrated every feature of the car, the service was awesome. I left with a beautiful new car and a sense of being valued for my business. Thank you to the folks at Piazza.

Definitely would only come for honda parts. Nothing more, nothing less. The last time i got my car serviced here was for brakes, trans, and antifreeze coolant change. Pretty simple right? Wrong. By the time i got my car back, i saw antifreeze spilled all of my engine bay front to back. Mind you, i have an accord. There is only one place you're supposed to pour coolant. I haven't had my car service there since. This was back in april, btw.

This dealership has a dishonest service department. I took in my 2-year old vehicle purchased from this dealer for AC repair. Because it was still under warranty, they serviced the vehicle but did not address the root cause with the AC system. I had to take it in again the next year after the warranty expired and complained to them that they did not fix it properly the first time. They refused to honor the warranty and made me pay for repair. I moved out of state a year later and the AC issue came up again (this is 3 years in a row after they "repaired" it twice). The dealer there advocated my claim with Honda Corporation and they repaired my vehicle for no charge (except for a $250 deductible). I have not had an issue with the AC since the repair from the new dealer's service department. Piazza Honda is a disappointing dealership as they do not provide good customer service after the sale, in addition to having an incompetent service department that cannot service vehicles properly. AVOID!!!!

Let me first start off by saying what a wonderful experience I have had buying two cars in the last year From the top salesman in the United States Mr. Frank and the wonderful experience I've had with the finance manager Tyler. I have a over 80,000 miles on my 22 Honda Accord hybrid and I get every single one of my oil changes done religiously at the dealership they're at the quick serve and the employees there are spot on helpful knowledgeable and very professional. Unfortunately today's experience is much different from what I'm used to. I heard some noise coming from my passenger side rear wheel and I thought maybe I had a wheel bearing problem so I called and made an appointment drop the car off couple hours later I get a phone call from the service advisor Maria telling me that they took the car around the block and they realize that there's nothing wrong with my wheel bearing that the noise that I'm hearing is coming from the tires OK no problem I go to pick the car up there's no diagnostics they didn't take a look at anything but yet they're charging me $180.20 for what exactly. When I questioned her why the charges is what it is she told me that it's a two hour minimum so I basically paid them to take my car around the block for 10 minutes I don't really know if there's a problem with the wheel bearing or not because they never looked at it and I'm getting charge for two hours worth of labor.Hats off to you today this is exactly the reason why people don't bring the car to dealerships because of unprofessional and knowledgeable idiots like the service advisor Maria congratulations I'll never bring my car in there for anything again and I would highly recommend everyone I run into never to bring their cars in there again

I could not have had a better car buying experience this past week than I did at Piazza Honda of Springfield. The sales associate with whom I worked, Matt Inerfield, is one of the best in the business. I've purchased more than a dozen cars in my lifetime; however, Matt made this the absolute BEST car buying experience ever. (Did I get the best deal financially that I have ever had? Probably not. Considering the current car-buying climate, I guess that is to be expected.) Throughout the entire process, Matt kept me well-informed and treated me with courtesy and respect. He even shared his cell-number and communicated up-to-date info with me through text. This young man is a gem, and a real asset to the Piazza organization here. If you are in the market for a Honda vehicle, contact Matt at Piazza Springfield. You won't be disappointed, and you will see for yourself how pleasant a car-buying experience can be when dealing with the right person. In addition to Matt, I'd also like to commend Damian Capacchione, Business Manager, whose skill and expertise in navigating the paperwork end of the car purchase process made that aspect of this experience great. He carefully reviewed and explained every document I was signing, and took his time with me as we handled the various financial aspects of my transaction. Both he and Matt are truly STARS in this dealership! Finally, Sales Managers Andy George and Jay Mazzola (who actually took the time to come out, thank me for my business, and share his business card with me in the event that I would need his help in the future) are also top-notch in their roles at Piazza. I can honestly report that every member of the sales team that I had the pleasure of meeting was a class act. They don't come any better.

I took my 2010 Honda Fit in for a recall. They were very helpful and friendly even though it wasn't going to be bringing them any revenue. The fix took several hours but they immediately offered and called me a Lyft to get home while it was being fixed. I appreciate the service and my car is running better after the repair.

These GUYS are total jerks. Ok ok. I know that's what people often think about car dealers. But these subhuman pigs discriminated against me for a job. I had several years of experience for a job that required none. I was well dressed. I'm educated. And they had several openings. But I could hear them mocking me. I'm a gun owner. I don't fuck around. Prolly best they were too scared to even talk to me, a trans woman. The SDE is rampant here. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

Terrible waste of time. My Honda 100 month battery, despite the name, started to go bad at 56 or 57 months (weakly starting or not starting at all). After my local mechanic told me to take my 2015 Honda CR-V to the nearest Honda to try to take advantage of the prorated battery warranty. Prior to bringing the vehicle to Sloane, I called them. They told me that the warranty would give me 40% off based on the age of the battery if the battery failed the test (savings of about $100 from the local shop). I brought the car in for express service. After it barely started at the dealership, and the desk clerk told me it would likely fail, I was called in and told that the test revealed that it needed an additional Honda GR8 test to check on the electrical system. However, the sales desks told me that it was almost certainly the battery. The GR8 test could only be performed by the main service desk. Unfortunately, the main desk laughed when I asked about scheduling this $50 GR8 test, saying I had to wait until September (this was August 19, 2022). I did not find her laugh in good taste given my situation. However, without the GR8 test confirming it was the battery (and not something else), I could not get the warranty coverage. The desk clerk said that it was 90% likely that it was the battery. I went back to the Express desk and asked if they could temporarily replace the battery to quickly check it out. They told me this would incur a labor charge (even though I would be paying the labor charge anyway to replace the battery. In short, my options were to schedule something in September and risk the car stalling at random places OR to pay full cost for the new battery and forego the promised warranty coverage (despite it being 90% likely that the battery). Instead, I decided to go back to my local mechanic. I'd rather give them the money than to give a penny to Piazza Honda. I didn't get any sympathy or an apology when I was walking out the door. Truly a subpar experience. I only give them two stars because their revamped service area looks nice.

I have been with Piazza and #TeamFrank for a few decades now. I have never been disappointed with my vehicles which haven't all been Honda's.

If you want to be scammed, pay a visit to Piazza Honda of Springfield. My wife and I paid them a visit yesterday with the intent of buying a 2022 Civic. In the past (pre-Covid), we bought three cars from them and each time was a pleasant experience. Times have changed since those halcyon days when you could negotiate a price. I fully understand that these days, you can't negotiate, that you have to pay full MSRP, and that some dealers also add on a supplemental charge on top of that. What really floored me was that our sales person, Doug Zimar, gave me an out-the-door price which included several dealer-added options. In other words, these "packages" added approximately $2,000 to the overall cost. I'm not sure if this is illegal, but it is certainly very unethical. Normally, when you buy a car, they try to upsell these options in the F&I office. It is there where you can accept, or not accept any or all of these packages. For instance, fabric protection? You can buy a can of Scotchgard for a few dollars and not pay a whopping amount which is pure profit for the salesman and dealership. What truly hurt was that Mr. Zinar said these extra fees were non-negotiable and MUST be paid. There was no "let me talk to the sales manager" to make the deal a bit more attractive. The numbers in front of me were etched in stone. It was at that point that my wife and I got up and left. As we were leaving, I half expected that Mr. Zinar would call us back to say, "let's negotiate this." That didn't happen. It was either take it or leave it. One thing is for certain: I won't ever be going back to Piazza Honda again. I hope every consumer remembers this period of time when the computer chip shortage is solved and more inventory becomes available.
