“I have been a customer of Giant pharmacy Springfield for over 10 years. I transferred to Springfield Sproul when Giant Baltimore Pike pharmacy closed. I initially started with Kara who is terrific. Andrew, the pharmacy manager, and Allen, the other pharmacist are fantastic. Andrew has made that pharmacist was it is today. These people are so knowledgeable, answer all of your questions and always have a smile on their face. Any fears you may have are gone after speaking with them. The pharmacy techs are right up there. We are blessed to have this pharmacy at our store. Hats off to Andrew, Allen and techs.”
“Good afternoon to my Yelp Family!!! Hello again! I have patronized this CVS many many times and I have never reviewed this location. I was hoping to see Diane, my favorite employee here and she was here today. Diane is the best thing/person about this store. When Diane is not here, I am not happy. Diane and I always conversate about The Bachelor. I have not watched the Bachelor in years but I am watching it now. The theme of this one is, "Listen to your Heart." I watched the first two episodes and it seems okay. Diane said she was not watching it. Also, another employee told me where the red peppermint mints were. He was very polite. I bought two containers of them. My family eats them like they are going out of style. I had a pleasant visit today. I also added funds to a prepaid card. This CVS has a pharmacy, no drive-thru and a nice size parking lot. There is also a Santander ATM here. I will definitely return. Diane and I had on masks because of the Corona Virus and I will be happy when we do not have to wear them anymore. Anymore, Yelp Family see you and til the next review!!!”

“Love this staff so much besides the pharmacist Mary Antoun who is the worst person and pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with, she’s a liar and a narcissist. After I contacted corporate(Who was also amazingly helpful) they were shocked so hoped she isn’t allowed back to this pharmacy. She didn’t only treat me like garbage she lied and treated 90% of the customers yesterday the same exact way(& that was verified by corporate when they called this pharmacy.
