If you want to buy fish at Petsmart then prepare to travel back in time, to the Spanish Inquisition where you are on the stand. Unless you have a giant 100+ gallon fish tank, be prepared to leave feeling dejected and empty-handed. You will be refused service, "no fish for you!" The staff is misinformed, not helpful, and if Petsmart truly cares about animal well-fair, then stop selling so many species of fish "requiring" enormous tanks. You're a petstore, not an aquarium!

The staff is always friendly when we go here. Most of them seem to know where everything is and the place is organized. The people who run the training are amazing!

We bought an angry Hamster from one location but had to take it back. The new Chinese hamster worked out great. More docile and friendly which is just what I needed for my son.

I want to give huge shout out to Jaranda. She did an AWSOME job grooming my 2yr old husky She definitely earned her money accepting the challenge of bathing & brushing my girl. This was my first time taking a dog to a groomer ever. I never really thought about what an undertaking doing a complete deshedding was bc I generally only brush her for 10-15 min at a time. Jaranda went above & beyond and even though you could tell she was completely exhausted she still had positive attitude. My sweet girl looks the best she ever has & is ready for the holidays & her picture with Santa this weekend. Thank you so much Jaranda for your extra time & effort

Second time here and again with the disappointment! First, the customer service in the grooming area sucks! I left my dog feeling like she may get mistreated by the groomer lisette. The manager was more understanding about my request. Second, you get all these hidden fees! I booked for "$64" for bath and groom then walked out paying $82 and a so called $5 holiday fee that they failed to mention. not sure, if I'll ever go back unless Im out of other options and pick a different groomer!

It is a large store and they have a good amount of products. They are pretty much always stocked. The staff are nice. Plenty of parking as well.

After having a terrible experience last year at the grooming department one of my dogs was completely traumatized. I learned just recently when I tried to bring my other dogs to be groomed my account was deleted by management after my complaint.Way to treat your loyal customers Petsmart.

The grooming experience was not the best. I have a puppy who had never been groomed. When I called they said he could get a full haircut, I specifically asked about whether or not he could get a full haircut since I had also called petco and they told me since he had never been groomed before that he would need to just come in for a bath, and get his face cleaned up. The girl i made the appointment with at petsmart said "he can get a full cut" When I arrived for the appointment they told me he can only get a bath, touch up his face and take out some of the mats. So obviously, the girl over the phone gave me wrong information.The girl who groomed him wasn't rude, but she wasn't super friendly either. When I walked in there was dog hair everywhere, I thought about canceling the appointment, but against my better judgement I still decided to give it a try. When they called me back I went in to the grooming salon. The groomer gave my a invoice and told me I had to pay at the register. They didn't even bring my dog out first so that I could see him. When she gave him to me, I asked how he did, and she said he threw up because he didn't like the dryer. I was kind of annoyed that I had to ask before she offered that information. You would think she would have told me that when I went in. If I never asked I wouldn't have known. When I got my dog in the car I noticed that one paws hair was longer than the other, and they cut way to much of his beard down. His legs at the bottom were shaved, and he was left with all of the rest of his hair since he couldn't get a "full cut" he smelled good, but as far as the $52 I spent, I didn't think it was worth it at all. Petsmart do better. I won't be bringing my dog back here.

Both my yorkies came back home with diarrhea. My oldest was throwing up and pooping all over the place. I had to take him to the vet cost me over a $100 dollars. I took a big bag of pro plan there they told me they ate it all I was only gone for that night..never again

The grooming department had an employee yelling at several dogs for barking, another groomer dragged my dog across the floor, and they gave me a $45 invoice for a $17 nail cut + grind. The nails were never ground, only cut. I was disgusted, sick to my stomach, my dog was shaking, and I am thinking about taking legal action. DO NOT GIVE THESE IDIOTS A DIME OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I have 2 dogs, Charlie and Sophie, that I have been taking to Petsmart for grooming for years and I can’t say enough good things about the groomers. Charlie has bad anxiety so getting his hair cut is always difficult unfortunately, but on 8/1/23 my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen who was the groomer for both of our dogs. Our dogs both seemed to love Stephen and when we went to pick them up he said that they were great which made us so happy. There was a situation that happened while we were there and he handled it so professionally and calmly, it was extremely impressive. Charlie and Sophie look great and seemed very content and happy! We will definitely be going back to Petsmart, and asking for Stephen. Thank you!!

employees inside store are worthless. You asked question about where things at, no one cares. Why would I bring my business here?Specially a Flaffy while Hispanic, short. in her 18years- 20yrs. She was rude.

Grooming salon has bad customer service and not skilled in dog grooming. It takes 10-15 min to be waited on and they will refuse service if dog seems nervous which is ridiculous and nervousness should be expected given the situation. My 12 year old dog has been getting groomed since he was a puppy and has never been refused a haircut. Extreme inexperience and incompetence.

Completely unprofessional. Went in today for a cat nail trim and staff was busy on phone call. After she hung up she completely ignored me and walked away, no "we'll be right with you." Completely ignored. It was.l very rude and I felt disrespected. Tells me trim was $15 though I had literally been in the store before and when I asked for the price they had said $13. Afterwards another staff member asked me to get the cat out of the carrier. So I did. Then she tells me to put it back. She says I have to hold her down while she put the harness on her. I understand her reasoning but I would have wished she had explained her intentions beforehand since it was my first time at the groomer's and I didn't really know the procedures. Was surprised the cat was in the room with all the other dogs since I had seen a room in the back and thought cats would be in a separate space for grooming. Thankfully the other dogs didn't bark. I'm not sure how much my cat minded. Heard the previous lady complain about me when all I did was ask to be assisted when she completely ignored me. When they opened the carrier the side door slid off because you have to unhinge one side only. Didn't even bother putting it back right since afterwards I noticed one hinge was loose still. First time at the groomer's today and am completely disappointed. I doubt I'll be going back. Cashier who checked me out seemed lifeless too. I was there to shop for pet supplies before and the staff was friendly so today's experience was a letdown. It depends on the staff you come across
