I went to Patient First very ill and the clerk said I had a balance of $45 from 2 years ago which had to be paid or I couldn't be seen. I know I paid this balance which was remaining after my insurance paid. It clearly states on my account this was paid. However they sent my account to collections and there was a collection fee. I told him I could take this up with the buisness office another day. He said a nurse could override it. The nurse came out and told me if I am that sick I should go to the ER. She was rude and insensitive. I've been a nurse for over 20 years and I would NEVER talk to a Patient the way she spoke to me. I was so upset my blood pressure was high. I paid the $45 again. I will NEVER go back to Patient First at Springfield Pa. Anymore and neither will my family.

Went for burning that had spread to many areas of my body was told to give all my symptoms and told them I also had a sore throat checked throat but would not check my main symptoms which was the burning sensation said they only do one thing did not ask me what I wanted checked if it’s true they only do one symptom why did they not ask me what was worse instead the did a strep test which was negative had been there multiple times before and had good experience this time doctor was horrible

I was there yesterday for coughing and couldn’t breathe. Mind you I went there at 7:20 or so they close at 8 I should’ve know they was going rush me . Waited about 20 mins which is to get back in the room and wait 15 mins before the dr came in . She looked in both ears and she listen to my breathing saying everything is okay. And gave me augmen 875 and a metro dose pack told me I had an ear infection. So an hour goes bye I feel worse then I did when I went in there started coughing bad a could barley breathe they did give me no cough medicine which would’ve been fine and on top of that I had to pay 145 I want my money back they did do there job and needless to say I had went to ER AND WAS THERE TWO HOURS WHICH THEY GAVE ME THE CARE I NEEDED THIS OS RIDICULOUS I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.!!!!!! Never going here again I promise you that’s such no sense you should never rush a pt period no matter how the severity of their condition not knowing I work in the medical field . Thanks a lot I have bronchitis as well

I went here for an antibiotic I sat back in the room for 3 hours 2 hours in they came and asked me if I was seen yet and the dr must have over looked me after I left I called and asked the dr name and they wouldn’t give it to me 3 hours of a wasted day … when I walked out people are just standing around not doing a thing ridiculous of I could give 0 stars I would

My experience with you guys today was so excellent. What I like about you guys Is your payment plan structure. I pay my in cash; But the structure in place I love it. And also the neatness of the place was clean the floor, the interaction with assistance Was so unique. in fact I will recommend my friends to your facility. Mine observation all the stuff of Patient First where on point. I hope, wish and pray that you guys will not change from good to bad.❤️❤️❤️????

The staff was very pleasant. There was a minimal wait time. Even though I got there 30 minutes before the posted closing time, I did not feel rushed; every still went about their duties professionally and pleasantly.

The shortest wait for ANY administrative and subsequent medial care I have ever received! Total time walk in to initial vitals less than 7 minutes.

Whenever I come to this specific patient first I always have a great experience even though I'm ill. The staff in the front are always friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed concerned that you're there not feeling well. The nurses, doctors and physician assistants are always nice. They are very detail oriented and make sure they do a thorough examination. Today I witnessed a patient come in who should have went to the ER initially, and the staff were kind enough to make sure the patient was okay and stable before sending them to the ER. I would not want to go to any other urgent care as I personally feel like they are the best in my specific area.
