DO NOT GO HERE! Used a tire brush on my husband's truck today because the machine was broken. Did a horrible job cleaning the truck then had the nerve to ask where their tip was? My husband waxed and dried off his own truck. SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO HERE

Went in on a Thursday afternoon when there was no line. I paid $50 for the highest service. Only dried one side of the car and they didn't vacuum the seats like they said they would. Dirt was everywhere and the outside was covered in spots. The rims were practically zebra striped with dirt. I asked them to finish cleaning and handed over a $15 tip. They snickerd about me paying to much for a van then held my keys up and yelled, "Does anyone want this car?!" They laughed, put my keys in my car, and walked away without finishing. I reviewed the dash cam video and found that while they cleaned the inside of my van, they called me fat, and said I'm stupid for paying so much for a mini van. One discovered my dash cam and he smacked it. This is the worst service I have received anywhere. Never have I been met with such blatant disrespect. It was obvious that I was discriminated against for my weight and vehicle type.

This place used to be top notch - not anymore Went yesterday for a full service wash/vac; didn't vac the interior fully (only did one side); didn't wipe down the center console The wash itself was acceptable, there was an issue with some staining from leaves, which it was completely reasonable that the regular wash couldn't fully resolve but instead of making sure all the other parts above were done well - they were more concerned with trying up-selling me on detail work to get the stains off the hood Really disappointing, not like I have experienced in the past and CERTAINLY not worth $30-

It's a mess. No good job was done. They didn't clean my car good. They took it out without wiping inside the vehicle.

Very bad service. The car came out so unclean. Despite the fact that I pointed out the so many parts that are not clean and complained to the manager, nothing was resolved!! Never coming back.

This place seems to have gone downhill fast, sadly. Slower than usually and without the attention to detail I was used to. One side of the car was not even dried. And they did away with the ladies day coupon. Disappointing.

I've been going to Mr Carwash since 2001. Terrible job on the wash.... 20+ minutes with only one car in front of mine. This car wash does not value my time and the washes have gotten significantly worse! I won't be returning!!

They are ok . Quick is about the best thing j can say. Do they miss stuff? Yes, but I'm not paying for a detail job so my expectations are low
