This is quite possibly the worst gym I've ever been to. Everything is broken and nothing gets fixed. Most of the other members are all trash sub-humans. Between almost none of them wiping down equipment, holding group meetings on a bunch of machines, and bringing portable speakers to blast their garbage "music?. I hate this place so much.

I’ve been having a membership at this location for over 3 months now. Me and my friends go here 5 days a week and every time we go there this racist manager come and attacks us like we don’t have membership here. Even when somebody else wanna help us she comes over and tell them to leave. Like this is getting annoying. For all this I will just find a planet fitness around my way.

2 stars for being a gym. Pretty garbage gym at that, tired of getting ready to use a machine for it to be broken, most things are dirty and 80% of the attachments for cable machines are well past retirement age - sauna never works

Unfortunately this gym is so run down!! Trying to find a paper towel to whip bench down can’t find any at all. Everything is old and unfixed!! Been to many other La that’s way better.

This la fitness is cool. Older style but has everything you need. Stair masters seems to break down often but other than that, no complaints

I went as a guest to LA Fitness in Springfield and kept getting inundated with texts and phone calls about getting a membership and tours after the one time visit. I texted back to stop with the calls or I would write this very review. Also, the man at the purchase counter had no clue what ear phones were compatible to what phone as I tried to purchase one for my phone. I recommend not giving out ur phone number unless u would like to witness my experience as a guest.

I’ve seen machines break and go un repaired for months. One of the chest fly machines once broke during the spring, and went un repaired until summer was over. They do this all the time. They’re always having issues with the sauna or pool. They make up for all these issues by being nice staff.

Great club. Rarely crowded. Much better vibes from staff vs Broomall. Chris does a superior job keeping the club in tiptop shape. Chris makes this club my favorite, not sure his title however, he is always working to improve the club and it shows. Eliot is also a wonderful representative for the organization. Always has a smile, warm greeting and happy to share his wealth of knowledge of health, nutrition and fitness. I always come away from a discussion with Eliot feeling smarter.

By far the worst LA fitness I’ve seen. Place is filthy on top of the fact that all the staff looks angry. No one acknowledges you at check in.. first and last time at this location

They will charge your account wrong fees. When you talk to them about the problem, they refer to the manager. The lady and son of the manager told me that they will relay the message. Next, when are you talked to the manager, she says that her son and the lady do not remember me. Horrible place!!!
