Just FYI that they say they close at 3, but we arrived at 2:49 and they had already closed. The woman was sitting inside counting money and I knocked to ask if she could do one more cut (my son is 2 - it takes less than 10 minutes.) she didn’t even open the door to speak to me, just yelled no. I’ve never been impressed with the service here, and this will be the last time we attempt to go.

Went to this place for a while and have been a loyal customer I walked in at 508PM (they're open til 6) she told me they're done for the day and stop taking people at 530. Well I still had plenty of time within the time period. Sat in the parking lot watched them finish for the day at 530. Pure laziness and disappointing. Do not recommend

Absolutely worst place to get a haircut for kids. Hairstylists are not trained professionals. My wife is upstairs fixing my son’s hair as I write this review. He got a haircut here few hours ago. Just a terrible cut. It’s all uneven. Believe other people’s bad reviews, they speak from experience.

This place will REFUSE to let anybody in, 45 min before they close. If online says 3:00 on a Sunday, and their door says 3:00, the should lock up at 3:00. they turn their sign to CLOSED at 2:15. I am so angry about this I will never go back. I have taken my granddaughter several times because she wants to sit on one of the animals & I agree about the staff not being very friendly. But I still returned because that’s where she wants to go.
We will find another place to go from now on.

Cute place for kids but the stylists aren’t very skilled or compassionate & they make their own rules. We arrived at 2:22 with a closing time of 3:00. They denied me service - Apparently it takes 30-40 minutes to clean & they “retain the right” to deny you service anywhere in that timeframe.
My son was very upset as this has happened more than once.
I ended up taking him to Sports Cuts in the same shopping center & they were very gentle with my 3 year old and even gave him a taffy. Save yourself the trouble.

Good place for kids haircuts but they don't accept appointments, so the wait can be a bit long.

We love bringing our 3 year old here. However this is not a complaint but rather a suggestion. The waiting area can be really hot for kids with the sun hitting the big window. Window blinds or curtains would be a good idea.

We’ve taken our son here for a few haircuts. Like others have said, it’s never consistent. We had a few okay haircuts and one terrible cut. We just went there to get a trim and looked at the website knowing we needed to get there more than half hour prior to closing to get on the list so we arrived at 5:10 with a closing time of 6:00 and we were still turned away because they had other customers on their list. I’m fine with not taking customers at 5:30-6:00 because I appreciate wanting to go home on time but not following the information listed on your website is rude and inconsiderate of your customers time with young children. It was 50 minutes prior to closing. My son left in tears.

Echo the sentiments of the other less positive reviews. The haircuts are wildly inconsistent and don't seem tailored to the type of hair the kid has. My son currently has a bowl cut across the bangs, uneven hair on each side around the ears, a crooked line across the neck, and sideburns that were just chopped straight off at the ear. He looks ridiculous. As others have said, I don't get the impression these people have any professional training or even enjoy what they do, and the archaic walk-in policy and unpredictable hours are unacceptable when your customers are parents with young children. Needless to say, we'll be looking elsewhere for our son's next cut.

I’ve been coming here every 2 months for a year now and have had a great experience each time!! Pleasant staff and a great haircut every-time. They are great with kids and have made my son so comfortable getting his hair cut. Very affordable, friendly staff, clean facility, movies and lollipops for the kids. Been coming here 3 years. Woke my 2 year old up from a nap and rushed to get here with the 2yo and 4yo to get 4yo hair cut. Walked in at 330 and was told they were on their last haircut. I confirmed they were open until 4 so they should take people at 330 (i am aware of their policy). She said 330 was last kid....I looked at my phone. It was 330. Nope. Had to leave. Pretty ticked off.

This was my first time bringing my sons here & they were amazing. My son doesn’t love his hair being cut is an understatement. Ms.Dorothy was so patient and got it done so quick & easy! The 2 women couldn’t have been sweeter people. Ms. Dorothy even saved a piece of my sons hair. Amazing experience! We’ll be back!Service: Kids' cuts
