This place has gone down significantly. The dressing rooms are dirty, the staff is impatient and rude, and the clothing has reduced in quality. They send text messages with deals, and when you arrive to shop the deal, there's always a reason why you can't get the deal advertised. It's not a pleasant place to shop any longer, and I would not recommend going if your looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

I went to get dressed for church this morning and the shirt I bought from KNG only had three buttons on it so I called them and asked them if I could exchange it for another shirt. I didn’t have the receipt I explain to them and the lady said yes, you can come and exchange it, so after I got out of church and went to KG’s with the shirt to exchange it the lady told me I couldn’t exchange it so I wasted time driving out there so I will never ever ever spend a red penny in KNG’s in Springfield Pennsylvania have a great evening

I am not a fan of most of the clothes, I did find some good deals on a few dresses, but the style of most of the clothes are not for me, which is ok, the store is a little dreary, needs a brightening up. Some of the things seem over priced. The male cashier was very nice.

This store has a lot of merchandise to choose from. My son was having a kindergarten prom and they had over 10 different suits to choose from for him as well as shoes, ties and everything that you need.
