A picture is worth a thousand words, especially when it comes to the uneven hair length on both sides. According to the receipt, Zoe was supposed to do a great job, but I ended up having to fix a complete mess with my trimmer and haircutting skills. Despite showing her the desired style, she ignored it and didn't even save her own work. This wasn't surprising, as the trimmer kept slipping out of her hand while she tried to fix the sides. I won't be going back there.

Stylist was so sweet and made me very comfortable even though I'm very uncomfortable getting haircut

Customer service was very warm and welcoming. Employees were super nice and respectful whilst getting my haircut. I loved the way my hair turned out in the end result. I am definitely coming back again soon for another!
Stylist: I loved my stylist who did my hair today. Her name is Jaunett. She was super sweet and funny, also having an amazing work ethic while cutting hair. I hope she can get a raise in the future!

Very good service, keeps notes of your requests as well as new requests if you ever do so. Fair prices. Nice and talented employees! Heather did an amazing job to my hair as well!
Requested style: Trim the sides and back down, as well as shortening the length on top to keep my haircut style looking fresh.
Hair type: Tick hair, short on sides and back, and long on top.

We love going to Great clips in Springfield Pa! Marianna and the crew are the best! I wear my hair very short and Marianna is the ONLY one who has ever gotten it right! My husband has even stopped going to his barber so he can go to Marianna and that says a lot!
Requested style: I showed Marianna the photo I was going for and she nailed it the first time. I get so many compliments on the cut
Hair type: I have short grey curly hair! Post hair loss regrowth that is wirey
