Store# 0284 is AMAZING!! I am a business owner in the community and every time there is something I need everyone is always so helpful. I usually email my order with questions and Lynne always gets right back to me. Its a pleasure doing business at this location.

Never going back here. I had a print order in the morning - they confirmed was ready for pick up I waited 15 minutes in the store for her to tell me they never received it . She just kept saying she couldn't find it in their system. and when she actually looked a little harder it was in the email and never printed. She did not offer any resolution or to print it and just left me there. She couldn't care less. Won't ever go back for printing and shipping needs.

Came here twice recently to ship packages. The first time, FedEx staff printed a label from a barcode on an email I received. Very quick. The second time, I had a pre-printed label that just needed scanning. A support member asked if anyone in line had labels already, helped me with the self service machine and I was out the door in a jiffy. Would definitely recommend this location.

I was in this location when a customer walked in looking to mail something. There were no shipping supplies out - I guess putting supplies out for customers to use would take some effort on behalf of the employees - so the customer stood waiting for help from one of two customer disappointment associates who were busy talking with the manager about what they were going to have for lunch. These three guys ignored the customer who finally said can I have an envelope? The FedEx employees said we will get back to you and they turned their backs to the customer and went back to talking about what they were planning on ordering for lunch. The customer left in disgust and I'm finding a new FedEx location where the employees are paid to help FedEx customers. Just amazing that this is the best hiring that FedEx can do with so many good and deserving of employees people are out of work.

Ten times better than a US Post office. They have all the things you need to print pack and ship and the courteous staff to assist you. For all those people standing in line at the US Postal Service at the Christmas Holiday season, (where they close the window to go on break with 20 people standing in line) this is the better place.

I had to ship documents internationally, so I checked last night the rates on the Fedex website. The website said it would cost $97. When I came to this Fedex location, the rate was now $133. I told them I had checked the rates and that it was cheaper on the website, they said the rates usually change. So I proceeded to pay what they told me and sent the documents. Then I checked again the rates in the website and it still said $97, not $133! So I showed the person who took my package in the Fedex location (who is by the way the store manager) and she said that once I entered the address and package weight and dimensions the prices change. That those were just "estimates". So I then proceeded to input on the website all the information she said, and it still said $97, not $133!!!! I showed this to her and she proceeded to say that sometimes their system does not match the website and that the only thing she could do was to give me back the package and I could do the labels and everything at home on the website!! This is complete bulshit!!!! Lack of competence, and customer service! I could not talk to anyone else because she was the store manager, and she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! Naaah! Just same self-sufficient and arrogant customer service attitude!! They should match the price that the website is giving!! Advise to everyone, do your stuff at home, from the website!!!
