I have been with Farmers for quite a few years now and I have always enjoyed their services. I have had very pleasant experiences with Richard Swan specifically helping with adding additional coverages over time. He also assisted when I had questions about which coverages I should consider.
I have had accidents when I was covered by Farmers and had no issues. They made a bad situation very bearable and kept the process simple.

Farmers Insurance in Springfield, PA is an excellent insurance agency. They are super easy to work with and very reliable. Recently shopping for home owners insurance I was informed that Farmers Insurance, Robert Kelly was a great place to inquire .
My former insurance Geigo had raised my rates substantially no claims, for the last 5 years
I called the Kelly group after 5 pm expecting a voicemail and Andrij Balandiak , agent immediately helped me reduce my rate by 45%

I had a great time working with Andrij at Farmers:
He guided me through some of the more complicated aspects of business insurance and was able to tailor a policy that specifically addressed some of my needs as a fabricator and small business owner.
I did not have a lot of success with some of the other large carriers, so I was happy with the attention to detail and expediency of coverage.

I've been working with Rich Swan for over 15 years and the Bob Kelly Farmers Agency.. Rich handles all of my cars & our homeowners... I have to say, I'm no easy client, always busy always on the go and always rushing!
I call Rich on Saturday's , Nights and weekends and many tines from the dealerships every time we purchase a new vehicle for myself my wife or my daughters and he gets the old cars off the policy and new ones in light speed and sends me the updated cards in a jiffy.. As fast as fast food!
