signed up with Mike Costanza by phone 18 months ago. He did not have the time to meet with me. Since and most recently I noticed some issues on the policy that would have been cured had we met. I have had to deal with Farmers customer service to resolves issues. I called Mike, spoke to him about resolution and I needed answers. He said he would call ne back the next day. No call. I called him a week later, he answered and said he would call me back. Here we are about a month later and still no call. As a result I was looking for another Farmers agent and found one that also represents other companies and moved my business half way through the year and saved about $600 with better coverage. Stay away from this agent. Very poor customer service.

We went years without needing much except questions answered about adding a policy which he responded. But unfortunately when we did need other help a few times over the last 2-3 years and particularly the last month dealing with a claim, this agent never responded to our phonecalls, emails, or msgs sent through his contact form. After no call back when I left a few voicemails and finally got things settled with claims and customer service, we decided it's time to change agents. It's like he just disappeared or possibly that he only ever responded to us potentially adding business for him rather than working to help his customers with their exisiting policies and claims.

Top notich. Mike is very responsive for all issues. Texting, call, emails, he responds quickly. His staff is phenomenal. Brittany responds very quickly. Great agency. They understand what customer service is as important as value.
