“You really don't want me to share my experience it was the worst in the world I try not to use this SunEast . I go all the way out my way just to go try Chester or Aston the main branch. I went into the branch there was no one there but me to cash for this who were talking to each other, when was the man the other was a lady I'm standing in the handicap with the King waiting for someone to help me, it took every bit of awhile ? for someone to help me. Then to have them say what I wanted could not be done at that Branch---"REALLY" I HAD TO GO TO ALWAYS ASKING TO GET WHAT I NEEDED DONE BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T DO IT THEY CLAIMED THE MACHINE WAS DOWN. I AM LEAVING BECAUSE I AM A SON HE'S FEDERAL CREDIT UNION CUSTOMER FOR WELL OVER 15 YEARS SERIOUSLY.”

“I closed my Visa today due to the card being charged for late payments (I considered to be an inactive card, but old accounts were charging to it).The rep could have judged me for owing money on the account and closing the card, but instead made me feel very comfortable with the process. She even made a joke at the end of the transaction (not about the transaction, something else). I appreciated the professionalism and making me feel comfortable.”
