I hope their trucks are better than their customer service. Bought a brand new truck- filed for vanity tags with pendot. Pendot sent me a letter stating they have no record of the vehicle. I've called Conicelli - they said pendot foes have the info So, everyday this week I call conicelli- i paid for them to do the title/registration and they always ask for my name and number and say they will return my call- which they never do. I am hoping they read this review and decide to callUpdated. 1/5. I actually had to go into Conicelli since no return call. I spoke to a very nice man named Jay. ( i should update to two stars for him) Needless to say... The title people will be in touch with me Tuesday.. if not Jay said to call him directly. FINALLY someone here is assisting me.

Review still the same. Conicelli manger in sales lied about possession of a new vehicle based on interaction w/ Ardmore Toyota (insider communication). This issues is definitely w/ sales! Ardmore Toyota Literally sold the vehicle to a white man while I was on the test drive and would not allow me to buy it claiming they did not know. Then tried to sell me a used downgraded vehicle and got nasty w/ me when I told them they were unprofessional and outright wrong for this business practice (no I didn't show my arse). Then they turned around and reached out to me the next day to solicit me again, which at that point I told them what they could do with their business!Because of this exchange, it was clear when I walked into Springfield that the locations had been in contact w/ each other. The Sales manager flat out lied in my face and the behold that had been available and was listed as available currently was not available. They then tried to sell me the same downgrade Ardmore tried to. Then Springfield manager lied again and told me they would call me with the vehicle that was expected in. When I called them, no response but they still spamming my email! Both dealerships trash business practice.

Warranty I had on this vehicle expired at 20k milage. Never knew a company to only give you 20k miles and a five year warranty. Customer service was rude when trying to schedule for oil change. Would not recommend.

Nothing like a Sienna marked $7500 over sticker and a salesperson who doesn't know how to properly fold the second or third row seats.

I feel like I'm being held hostage. Waiting over two hours to have a key programed. We waited over 8 hours at the dealership when we bought the car. We had all our paperwork in place, uncertain why it took forever. Our salesman left before we purchased the car.

So my husband is car shopping for a new car. Obviously he is not going to buy a car right away because he wants to see what’s out there and the pricing. He came here with his friend as I wasn’t available to go with him. I was on the phone listening during a certain period what I’m about to describe. They dealt with a seller name Prince. Very unfriendly and rude. He basically told my husband that if they don’t have the cash on hand, it would be a waste of time to even dealing with him and no test drive in a rude manner. I was on the phone when I heard it. I am sorry, but that is unprofessional. I’ve shopped for cars and never I have I had a seller say that to me. When shopping for cars, you are looking to know about the car, how it drives, pricing, etc. Most sellers understand this, obviously Prince does not. All I know is they definitely aren’t getting a sell from this household. I recommend people staying away from this location or not deal with Prince at least as their seller. He could use a lesson or two in customer service. My husband went to other dealerships after coming here and they were a lot friendlier and understanding that he is indeed shopping/looking around for a car.

We were in the middle of a road trip when my husband realized his truck should have an oil change. We looked up the nearest Toyota dealership and I called and made an appointment. The person I spoke with assured me that there was time on Friday morning (we were calling on Wednesday afternoon). He said it would likely take an hour or two at most. My husband then received like 8,000 texts and emails reminding him of the appointment. We showed up right on time. The gentlemen who greeted us in the service lane were not friendly. They seemed to take a long time to get us checked in and then they directed us inside to officially check in with one of those people. We waited in line and then were called forward. The woman who was checking us in took literally 20 minutes. She was confused by everything. No, we've never been here before. Yes, we go to the Toyota dealership near our house. Yes, we have proof of the VIN (what the hell?)... and to top it all off, she asked like 20 questions that were all information I already gave the guy on the phone when I made the appointment. We were very frustrated. Then she informed us that there was an active recall on our vehicle, which threw a whole new wrench in the system. She said she'd see if the technicians had time to do the recall repair because she didn't know. In the end, my husband asked how long it would be and the woman blew off the question and then eventually just said "someone will come talk to you." We waited in the lobby for an hour with no update. My husband went to ask and was told they had no idea when the truck would be done. Well I wish we'd have known that before we sat here for an hour. We took an uber away from the dealership and off to do the rest of our day. We waited for a call. It never came. We finally had to call them. It is apparently an act of God to find someone there who answers the phone. Both the service department and the sales department would not pick up. When we showed back up the truck was just being finished. This was roughly 3 p.m. Our appointment that was supposed to take one to two hours at most took five with zero communication and no updates. We found the service here to be extremely poor and the communication to be laughable. Did they change our oil? Yes. Will we be back? Never.EDITED TO ADD: After Paula left her comment below, I did as she requested and phoned service manager Jack. I called him on Wednesday, Jan. 11 (the day Paula left her note). He did not answer when I called and I left a voice mail. It is now five days later at the end of the work day. Jack has not called me back and I am out of patience for this dealership that can't even get follow-up customer service or communication right. Don't ask people to call to discuss their bad experience if you don't actually wish to talk to them. Somehow this dealership has managed to waste even MORE of my time. I'm done.

If you are a woman stay clear. If you are a black woman turn back. I went here hoping to purchase a Toyota 4Runner. The salesman spoke to me as if I didn't have a brain in my head. Very condescending. Really? Needless to say I left. I purchased a Limited fully loaded at Toyota of Turnersville. I was treated very respectfully there.Newer model and a lot cheaper for the same car.I tell anyone I know looking to purchase a car to stay away from this place. My salesman at Conicelli had the audacity to look me dead in my face and say "oh you can finance for 7 years." You' be been warned. I love my car!!

I buy all my Toyota parts here. Working on restoring an 89 Toyota Hilux... Their parts prices for OEM parts are better than the internet, and I drive a half hour out of my way because their service is better and they're friendlier than my local Toyota dealer. Excellent service!
