Jeff Chapman and his team at Chapman’s Tax Service are the best! We have had some complicated tax returns over the years. This is a group of experts that process our tax returns accurately and efficiently, which is expected. The bonus is that whenever we have a question about how they came up with a particular value for some arcane line item, they will go out of their way to explain in detail, in language we can understand, exactly how that value was calculated. I’m very confident that our returns are accurate and we are not being over-taxed.
They are also using a client portal that is secure and very easy to use. We moved out of the area last year and were able to complete the entire process on-line, including signing and e-filing our returns, without ever having to visit their offices. Very convenient since we’ve been using Chapman’s for years and really didn’t want to have to look for another tax preparer.
