Those ladies behind the pharmacy counter just keep getting crabbier. Try to have fun with your chosen profession, and remember we're not there picking up prescriptions because we love taking medication. Cheer up or reach in the drawer and grab a handful of Prozac.

This cvs is not well kept it has a mildew smell and some of the shelves are sloppy. The customer service is usually okay. The carpets are not clean in this cvs. This cvs need a store makeover.

Pharmacy is OK but other employees are awful. Seems like all customers bother them. They're not friendly and I've heard them talk back to customers so completely rudely. I hate going in there because they all look at you like they're ticked off at you. If that's not enough, shelves, merchandise and rugs are dirty, with what look like oil stains on the rugs in every aisle. Really gross. I only go here for scripts for my mom because she can't. Otherwise I'd never step foot in this dump again.

Don't bother with this horrible disgusting huge organization that pretends it's a pharmacy!! I called and they said you can walk in for a Covid shot so you walk in and they say no you have to go back home and go online. So I go online and they want my Medicare insurance but I have other insurance I would rather use and there's no selection for that so I called and they don't answer but they do you keep telling me to come back in and walk-ins are welcome for the Covid shot over and over and I've been sitting on the phone for almost 45 minutes and it's still telling me to come in and get my Covid shot but no one ever answers the goddamn phone!! What a disgusting sham of a pharmacy!! On Top of that the target store doesn't even answer the phone!! It's a Saturday and everyone should be there!!!

i have been stopping at cvs since it opened .i use this as my primary pharmacy. my wife walked in for her first covid shot and was pleased with the male pharmacist when she got her first shot . she was given a card that had no second shot info or a date for her to come back . mistake number one she counted twenty one days on a calendar and went back for her second shot. they refused to give it to her because they said the computer was locked and could not give it to her they had her scheduled for the wrong date . poor system if you are trying to vaccinate everyone like the cdc wants.#2 mistake. she took time off from work so if she got sick she would not miss time from work.she was told to call the next day to see if they could unlock the computer .they somehow did . she was treated like she was a burden to them and was treated like a massive bother to the entitled female pharmacist . maybe she thinks her time is more important than my wife's . poor customer service also if these ladies don't want to be in customer service maybe they should seek another profession

Good afternoon to my Yelp Family!!! Hello again! I have patronized this CVS many many times and I have never reviewed this location. I was hoping to see Diane, my favorite employee here and she was here today. Diane is the best thing/person about this store. When Diane is not here, I am not happy. Diane and I always conversate about The Bachelor. I have not watched the Bachelor in years but I am watching it now. The theme of this one is, "Listen to your Heart." I watched the first two episodes and it seems okay. Diane said she was not watching it. Also, another employee told me where the red peppermint mints were. He was very polite. I bought two containers of them. My family eats them like they are going out of style. I had a pleasant visit today. I also added funds to a prepaid card. This CVS has a pharmacy, no drive-thru and a nice size parking lot. There is also a Santander ATM here. I will definitely return. Diane and I had on masks because of the Corona Virus and I will be happy when we do not have to wear them anymore. Anymore, Yelp Family see you and til the next review!!!

ANY "bad rep" about this pharmacy is BS, I've read a couple of reviews that tried to shed a negative light on this particular CVS, but I love this location. It's SUPER convenient! Especially being right across the street from a Patient First/Urgent Care Facility. And the only reason why folks talk about it is bc they don't take the time to READ. They get upset about the pharmacy hours This CVS is 24 hours. Yes. However! The Pharmacy is 24 Hours Mon-Thurs!! Fri-Sun, the Pharmacy closes in the evening until the following morning! You can even call the store to get the correct hours for the day you may need services!! Folks just automatically hand out reviews without doing the research simply bc they're frustrated and/or Lazy. Grow up people :)

[814] This CVS location is one of many on Baltimore Pike. This one is located across from Chuck e Cheese. Plenty of parking. No drive thru at this location but it does have a pharmacy. The store is big and has tons of items and selections. Picked up a few holiday items. The staff was friendly. I'll be back.

Yeah folks....you know the heading on your Yelp search that says "CVS Pharmacy 24"? Well, this pharmacy is listed under that heading, which is why I picked it. Now I'm not sure if the hours of operation listed their actual hours over six months ago when I switched to this pharmacy over Walgreens. Sure enough, though, it's there now: 8am-8pm.....NOT 24/7. So why are they under this heading? Because the store, not the pharmacy, is open 24/7. Now, is this a CVS goof, or did Yelp trip up? I don't know....I do know that my face looks like a cabbage, due to an allergic reaction. I also know that when a doctor from my office called in a prescription for prednisone, I couldn't pick it up because my pharmacy was CLOSED. So, I call at 8:05am & tell them my situation....they said to call back in 1/2 an hour. I told them my eyes were almost swollen shut...that didn't get anyone to check the answering machine for the doctor's call while I was on the phone with them....that would've been considerate, I think. Well, I just called them back & my rx is ready, thankfully....that gives them 2 stars instead of 1. The moral of this tale, my friends: when looking for a 24-hr. pharmacy, call them & actually speak with a human. It's sad to say, but even Yelp can't be trusted completely.
