Great local jeweler! We had a positive customer service experience and found quality rings for our wedding! We selected our wedding bands in less than an hour and felt the quality and price were exactly within our budget. There was no pressure from the sales team and they provided good advice and suggestions based on what we were looking for.

I’ve never felt so unwanted! Granted, it’s a local, small business and I guess they have their “regulars,” but coming by for a watch battery while visiting…they were SO NOT INTERESTED! Was told “Barry won’t be back until next week!” No thanks small business…guess I’ll head to a jewelry store with more employees and better salesman skills!

I never leave any reviews, but Barry Jay Jewelers went above and beyond any expectations. Went to Barry Jay on a referral and was greeted by very friendly staff. Barry himself gave an educational approach to finding the right piece. After referring to pictures my girlfriend had given, we decided on a custom piece. Would highly recommend this local shop to anyone just wanting an easy going experience.

Showed up at 10:49am- they supposedly open at 10:30am. They we're not open the door is locked. I tried calling and no answer will not be coming back.

Went in for a watch battery and band resizing, the staff was very helpful and I was out within 10 minutes. Can't ask for better customer service

My fiancé and I went into this establishment today trying to find ideas and get quotes for wedding bands, the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They provided us with our ring sizes and a copy of the order we are hoping to place. They give extremely fair pricing for costumers (profiting much less than the average jeweler would aim for), we would know since my family is in the jewelry business. Highly recommend visiting them, and we will certainly return.
