Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else

This is an internet only business. You order from them and they reorder from the manufacture. This isn't a business with a stocking location only an office .

Same as other reviews - *** BRANDON*** Buyers Beware! Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced by Brandon who is also the manager.This guy is a HOAX! Rude, inconsiderate, doesn't care about customers' needs, doesn't listen. Stay away from these people!!! Ended up purchasing a lock from a different supplier, I would rather pay $200 extra, but have a company that is there to help their customers and see through with their needs.Use these guys instead amerisponse.com

Don't understand the negative reviews. My mantel was out of stock and had to be backordered. I received a call the next morning asking if I wanted to cancel it or wait for it to be back in stock.service was outstanding. A+++ from me!

I had a stress free experience from the quote to the payment to the delivery of products and services. A couple of emails and a couple of calls and I got exactly what I needed. Much easier than dealing with one of the big box stores where there's never anyone around who can help you and when you find someone- they are unhelpful. ? My experience at least . i got timely responses to my inquiries for the most part . I mean maybe this company needs a few more employees right now to deal with customer service- but that's literally everywhere during the pandemic.A really helpful guy on the telephone was Shawn, I think his name was ? Idk I don't remember honestly. Lolz ?. Funny- I remember the name of the early 20's girl at the big box store i approached in person for the same project- Adrienne- if I was a complainer than lord have mercy. But I'm not. Who wants to spend online all day writing tirades about the fact they didn't get treated like royalty during a pandemic when you can literally order anything online and have it delivered to your front door.And that was my experience with American Outlets. I started with an inquiry online for an embarrassingly necessary product in modern life that i don't completely understand, and had it delivered and installed on my timetable.

Rude customer service by Brandon. I called today asking about the Cal-Royal interconnected entrance locks. I needed to know if overnight shipping was available and storeroom/classroom function. He said no to both questions.
