I had Halloween makeup done last fall. The owner, Imelda, did a phenomenal job and she was super attentive and sweet. I would highly recommend Ambiance for anyone looking for event makeup. Excellent, excellent work. ❤️Service: Makeup services

Since my hair stylist was on vacation, the salon recommended Alisa. She did a terrible job cutting my hair and did not take the time to look at the shape of it when she was done. $60 is a lot to pay for a horrible hair cut.

I went in to this salon to get a simple hair cut and blonde highlights was a nightmare , the owner Liz had to help her employee do a toner on me . Carri said she did not know how to do the toner to me , ( I did not know I was being trained on that's what the cosmetology schools are for . my hair is brassy it's like the toner did not stay in after awhile , a really bad hair cut uneven by inches . do not go there . After what they did why would I go in and sit in that chair so I can be there Guinea pig . I called Liz she said she's been working with her .

I've been going to this salon for years. I got my wedding hair and makeup done there. When I have a special event to attend, I go here. But not anymore.I booked two appointments, one for July 30th for a haircut and one for August 6th for hairstyling and make - up. I did this so I could talk to my stylist about what I wanted for the 2nd appointment.The haircut and hairstyling is fine. Maybe it's just me, but I really love getting my hair washed and cut. The lady who washed my hair this time went so quickly and had such sharp nails, it was the antithesis of relaxing. It hurt a little and felt rushed. I even paid more for the Olaplex treatment so I could walk away with really nice feeling hair after a relaxing wash. But no. The hair feels nice enough, but the wash was very disappointing.The real problem this time was the make up. I had scheduled a photographer to take a headshot of me for my birthday and booked into Ambiance for hair and make up. I explained at length what I was looking for - I kept repeating that I wanted to look like me, just a bit nicer. I showed her pictures that I was going for. Everything I said, she ignored. I never wanted contour - it looks ridiculous on me. I kept asking her to make sure it's a light color, as I'm pale. Instead, I ended up looking orange with contour. I trusted my stylist when she said I needed color so I didn't looked "washed out" in the picture. I trusted the professional in the situation and now I have nothing to show for it and I'm out a lot of money.TL;DR: I spent a lot of money to make sure I looked good for a headshot photo and I look like an orange monster. Stylist completely disregarded my needs and instead did what she wanted.Services: Haircut

Pedicure by Rhonda was very nice and relaxing ?. Prices are a bit steep but typical for upscale salon. I will treat myself as $57 for pedicure and lip wax not in my budget, plus tip.

My main place couldn't fit me so I called around to find here, best coincidence ever. I never spot this place due to its location but I'm glad I called. I did call last minute for my birthday weekend since I didn't know I was leaving the next day. They fit me in and had me done in under an hour and it looked awesome. Everyone was super nice and funny and overall the place just makes ya feel good. I'll be coming back every time from now on!
