Highly professional and respectful, he took the time to comfortably sit my daughter down and measure her feet to give me her exact size and found out my daughter has different sizes on each foot. His store is crazy clean, crazy tech to find all the shoes in ur size, high quality merch for great prices and the decorations in the store is eye catcher while you shop. He gave my daughter a tablet to sit down with and see all the sneaks in her size so he got all my respect and I will go nowhere else to buy sneakers. Store is insane and mind blowing!!!!!!”

“Hugh was absolutely wonderful with my 92 year old mother! Absolutely so professional and respectful with her, and the 3 visits we needed to make sure the shoes she chose were fitted properly were so worth it! He was so accommodating of the difficulties she has with ambulating!Previously my mother was barely able to walk due to the pain of deep corns on the balls of her feet. Despite every 5 week visits with podiatrists, she had pain just a few weeks after her podiatry visits. Now due to the proper shoes and custom made inserts she’s not experiencing any of the pain she’d had previously! The proper shoes and custom inserts made all the difference!Thank you Hugh! “I'm so happy to have found this store. I highly recommend it, especially if you're a runner struggling with any type of discomfort or injury. I went with the intent of buying new shoes due to chronic shin splints, but the owner Rick wasn't interested in a sale when he saw I already had good shoes. He talked to me at length about a new training plan that would help. I've been following his advice for a few weeks, and he's right! I did end up buying a pair of shoes for bad weather (which I love). Rick is an expert in his field. SHOP HERE!!”

“I popped into Something Else the other work. I really liked how they offered both women's and mens clothing - all of which were trendy. They had a decent selection but not too much that you were overwhelmed. I would have liked to see a larger size range but for the area the merchandise they have makes sense. The items were pricey for myself personally, but again, for the area not at all especially since they were popular brands. I did pick up some gifts and jewelry for myself and will likely be back for more of the same!”

He was upfront with what he could do to fix my shoes, how much it would cost (paid upfront), and how long it would take. I wondered out loud if I should just buy one of the shoes brand new again, to which he replied that I would just have the same problem and breakdown of that shoe again.
