The Pharmacist hung up on me twice

If I could give no stars I would. Prepaid for prescriptions they couldn't find 1 so I had to wait for them to fill it again which goes against the reason to prepay. The young guy working there ( not a pharmacist) acted like he was exhausted and could barely move. This is just 1 bad experience I've had. I transferred all my prescriptions to Costco. CVS will be losing thousands of dollars on just my prescriptions 1 of them is $1300 a month paid by my insurance. 2 come to about $5000 every 3 months. Just a fyi that Costco pharmacy does not require a membership.

This is the most disgraceful pharmacy I have ever been at. They take 20+ minutes to answer the phone. They are rude. The person running the register does not know what they're doing, which isn't their fault because they are probably brand new and left work on their own. The pharmacist had no idea where anything was at because he said he doesn't usually work there. The pharmacist is rude. I waited an hour and a half for my prescription and they hadn't even started working on it. I left without it and transferred it to another pharmacy.

I don't mind this store and most of the people who work here; however, the pharmacist Sean is the worst ever. He lacks any customer service skills and is very rude and condescending. My husband and I both get our prescriptions filled here and we will be switching from CVS altogether now based on Sean's treatment. My husband called today to check they received his script and they told him it was not left on the voice mail. He called his doctor back and they assured him they called it in, so he then called CVS to double check. Sean told him to be patient and told my husband he has a bad attitude. My husband was only confirming that they did indeed receive the script because he was given incorrect information on the first call. This is only one of many issues we've had with Sean (the most recent), but we have been dealing with this pharmacy for more than a year now with similar problems. This pharmacist just doesn't seem to enjoy his job--and it shows. This was the final straw and CVS has lost two pharmacy customers for life.

Take note!! The pharmacy at this spring house location changed it hours. It’s 10-6 M-F sat 9-6 and sun 10-5.

Honestly I feel discriminated because I'm young, Hispanic and not from this town. Im a government employee and had a valid prescription for a controlled substance for my ADHD. I live in philadelphia but also work at a foster home for the youth in Doylestown. I have been on the same meds, dosage, and usually use cvs to fill my meds, which is the affiliated pharmacy with my PPO insurance policy FEP BCBS. So my profile with cvs shows my history. The lady who I spoke with first was Val and when she asked for my address and I gave her my philadelphia address she sucked her teeth at me. I don't understand what that has to do with anything as I've never had a problem refilling my medications at another pharmacy is they were in stock. Val immediately had an attitude with me for some reason and then said she needed to talk to the pharmacist. (Shorter older white guy) After waiting for ten minutes the pharmacist came over to me and said he had to validate my prescription. I ask him why? My account shows that I'm way overdue for a refill, am prescribed the SAME dosage of meds and it's from the SAME doc. He said because I'm not from here and never been to this particular store. I called b******* (I didn't say that). I told him I never heard of that before and I'm not new in the cvs system and that I am working in the area. He said he would have to call my doctor to verify first. I left and drove to another cvs 8 minutes away and they reviewed all of my information and processed my refill without asking me anything else. Maybe if I were an older white guy and lived in the suburbs this wouldn't have been an issue. Who knows.

The staff at this store is awesome!!! When you walk into this store, you are always greeted warmly. Then ,the next question is, can I help you find something .When you are checking out, you are asked, did you find everything that you were looking for?The pharmacy staff is also phenomenal I enjoy going to this pharmacy,and also shopping at CVS Springhouse .

The fax machine at this store does not work. The pharmacist told me it hasn't worked since the store opened. All doctor offices sending prescriptions from their online systems to the fax machine are going no where and patients are not notified.

This is a new CVS. It is large and very clean. I found products here that weren't in other CVS stores. Staff was very nice and helpful. I will shop here again when I'm in the area.
