“The team at Quality is great to work with. They suggest what services need to be done, but don’t push for me to agree to their suggestions. For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. It was a pleasant surprise to hear back from them the same day to tell me what they found and once we decided what we wanted them to fix, they had the car ready for pick up Wednesday. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy!”

“Got an enhanced inspection done here. These guys were the only ones to fit me in through a 5 day window, every other place near adams county that does these inspections told me it would take around a month to do it. Picked up and my car and noticed that a rattling sound had disappeared, chuck went out of his way to reaffix my heat shield. Also, it passed the inspection with flying colors. Point is, these people are honest and trustworthy. I can’t remember a single time my car has ever passed an inspection without them telling me it needs at least something. “I rented a car trailer today, and everything went well until I loaded the car on the trailer and noticed the one strap was cut. Luckily, I had straps and was able to haul the car I needed to. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and promptly gave me a partial refund. I would rent from them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but making things right is difficult.”

“After a terrible experience with AAA subcontractor.Gary towing showed up Sunday ready to go. They looked at vehicle off road and gave a price far less than the towing service from evening before. They accepted payment by credit card. Hooked truck to wench and out came vehicle almost 85 feet. Processed payment, thanked me and down the road. Will use again Mayne dropping AAA after such a negative experience with them and Gary's was so Positive”

“These guys are GREAT! We drove 2.5 hours to get some interior parts and headlights for our 97 4runner. They had a quick response on fb marketplace. They informed us the parts were still on the vehicle, so we brought our own tools. And honestly, for the price we paid, it was so worth it! Even with what we paid in gas to get there, it was cheaper than buying what we needed from the internet!”
