“My father-in-law loves this store. The aisles are wide and the store is easy to navigate. Store employees are always helpful. Wide aisles are ideal for someone walking with assistance. The self-checkout is something we avoid since there are too many steps. A favorite is the fresh produce, especially sliced watermelon. Another favorite is the dark meat fried chicken. My family member loves this and is disappointed when there is no dark meat selection. Keep it available for a fifth star! The Berks bologna deal of buy 2 get 1 free was a good deal. You offered several choices, perfect for gifting.. and personal consumption. Watch your gas prices. They're no where near Sam's Club, but you need to improve the prices to align them with other stations that offer cents off per gallon.”

“These guys rocked my world at 6:30 this morning! I had my damsel in distress on, my car practically exploded on the way to work, right in front of the shop. They came to asses the damage, decided they could get the part I needed today, and sent me to work in a loaner car!!! My car was ready for me when I left work! I can't thank these guys enough!!!!”

“I was recently visiting friends and I had never been to a Rutters store . The store was clean and a very good choice of different products. I could have spent hours looking at everything. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was how rude and unprofessional the young man that waited on me was . He thumped his fingers on the counter as if to say “hurry up “. He had his phone on the counter and he was looking over at it instead of helping me with the transaction . I had this feeling that he was not happy doing his job and would rather be somewhere else . In my era the customer paid the paychecks for the store . I appreciate a hello and a thank you after purchasing an item . In conclusion, if I ever come out to visit I will stop into Rutters store .He was an African American young man .”

“My parents are so happy with Shipley energy. They love there Services man they always say they're men are very knowledgeable they can always fix a problem on the first try.They were having so many problems with other oil companies in the area two different ones did not do a good job on there cooling and heating systems, one company just want to replace a 4 year old system because they couldnt fix it.I found out about Shipley from my sister who use to get oil from them. We change the oil company for my parents to Shipley it was the best move we ever made for them. They came in fixed the problem that my parents were having with the cooling system on the first try and it's been working since 3 years now.I give them 5 star for best service in the area and having very good people”
