People don't say "thank you" enough. THANK YOU DAVE!
Earlier this week, I called and scheduled a mulch delivery -- nothing too big, just four yards of black dyed. The process was super simple, and I mentioned I would put a rock where the driver could drop the load of mulch. Bright and early this morning, Dave arrived at our place, took the time and care to move the rock, dump the mulch, and even made sure to scrape the bed to make sure we received every last bit of mulch. It was a super simple and spot on experience from start to finish.
I don't think people say thank you enough - even for the "small stuff" like a delivery of mulch. But there are those of us that appreciate when things just work, and work well. Thank you, Stony Run, and THANK YOU DAVE, for caring about the client, regardless of whether they order four or forty yards of mulch.

My wife called many different local yards in the area to get an idea of the cost and process of getting material delivered to our house for a few different projects we have going on. Everyone at Stony Run has been extremely helpful, professional, and courteous to our needs and concerns. They have been super responsive each time she has made contact and were able to fill our orders in a very timely manner. Needless to say, they have earned a repeat customer for all of our future needs.

I Purchased close to $2,000 in material here for a fire pit and patio project. I had to make several trips back and forth until I got everything I needed. This place was about 45 minutes from my house making it an hour and a half round trip so I tried to get everything in as few trips as possible. On one of the final trips I asked for a few more bags of gator sand in the same color that I had been buying before to fill in the cracks between rocks on the patio, so I paid for it and drove around. Some of the guys loaded me up and I drove home. It wasn't until I got home that I realized they gave me the wrong stuff. I was a little upset because the place was not right around the corner from me so I called and told them what happened and the employee was apologetic and got permission from the owner to make it right and swap out the bags and even take some money off for the inconvenience. It wasn't until I got there that they started blaming me for everything and said they were not going to give me any money back. I was outraged at this point and drove home. What a waste of time and horrible customer service. I had never felt so disrespected and will not be buying anything here again.

We bought some Belgium Block for a garden border. They were helpful over the phone and in person. The associate went out of his way to help us pick blocks and load them into our vehicle. I would definitely purchase landscaping supplies from them again.

Set up a drop off for firewood at my home with Ryan. Darren dropped a cord while I was at work and made sure he was dropping off in an area that worked best for me. Very easy! Well seasoned hardwood, very clean. No bugs, mold, or rot. Price was spot on.

Ordered gravel for my driveway. Delivered exactly when they said it would. Gentleman who delivered (sorry, I forgot your name) was friendly and made sure it was placed where I wanted it. All in all an easy and affordable transaction.
