Not happy with him as a deer processor at all. First when I dropped the deer off back in October it took over 3 weeks to get it back because he claimed his fridge/freezer broke down. Okay. No problem except how are you keeping my deer meat in good consumable condition until you were back up and running. Second. Why is there bones in my back strap cuts. I’ve never had bones in my steak portion cuts in all my years of eating game meat… The portions are insanely big. My wife cooked a pack of backstraps just now and I’m we’re going to have so much waste because we won’t be able to eat it all. you can’t un freeze it to just portion it better to then re freeze it. I didn’t pay 110$ for this quality of meat. I will never use him again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else either.

Terrible experience. Watch out! Dropped a deer to be butchered, no meat, no call. Multiple attempts to resolve have been unsuccessful. Don't trust the positive reviews.

My family and I have used Spera’s for all of our deer processing in the past. They are great people to work with and we have never had a problem. Highly recommend them.

Dropped a buck i shot off to frank, who i previously had dealt with in the passed and had no problems. This time I never received a call back despite leaving messages, no call back and no meat,straight up stole my deer from me.
