Unit was clean-small amount of water. Price was good when we started but then increased by 50%. Although the economy went sky high it wasn’t even close to 50%. That would be my only complaint!”

He was a pleasure to deal with, not only in his professional manner, but he never rushed anything and explained everything with a very friendly attitude. I would go as far as to say that the company should forward customers that are having issues with ESS Customer Reps at other locations who are non responsive to the customers needs to Sean as a national representative of the company for his attentiveness to the customer which is second to none.

“I’ve been storing my stuff here for a while now — solid spot. Staff is cool, helpful, and the place feels secure. Only complaint? My storage door acts like it’s guarding treasure. Gotta wrestle it like it owes me money just to get it open. Still leaving 5 stars though, because the people make it worth it. Just hoping that door doesn’t end up in the WWE.”
