Highly professional and humble people. I just choose to try them for inspection and break fluid change and the way they treat customers and work done is of top notch quality. I am not going to big service dealers anymore ever now. I would suggest everyone to please give them a try once.

Great service; Kind staff; Suggested warranty work covered by the dealership, instead of just a push for repair. This is our second vehicle that has been serviced by Glenn's. Highly recommend.

lied that car was being worked on
strung us along day after day
we would never have left it if we knew truth up front
they sort of hijack it in a way
then when we finally picked it up after $2500 in fees the car was screaming and couldn't be driven 10 feet after leaving the lot
and want to charge another $2000 to repair
Stay away from shops like this
so Far $850 in rental fees $267 in ubers
and they refuse to give us our car back

Just had my BMW serviced at Gear, all of the staff were super friendly. Rates are very affordable compared to the dealer. They are a very busy shop however work was done in a timely manner. They use only quality parts & the work is done correctly.I will definitely be back with all of my vehicles. They have a great warranty as well. If you are looking for a dealer alternative for your euro look no further.

Glenn's European is a rip off. My name is willia.. i have a 2005 bavy nlue bentley gt. I took my car her to have a lhose leak fixed on.my car. This shop damaged my rack opinon system. Then jhon started lying to me about things that was wrong with my car. What the shop doesnt know. I have a print out from a dealership. I had no.problem with my rack opinon. All of a sudden the price to fix my car is $22.0000 without tax. I told jhon to check.out the widows & the leak. I had no problem turnining my wheel. I had a leak thats it. They talk a good talk until i had my car towed in. Then jhon starts telling me about .alll these thing i didnt tell him to look at. Then he sayz if i dont fet the car out the next mornining its $75.00 dollars a day. I will bring them down. They will be in court with me .very soon. I did not tell them to do anything to my car. They claim they did not put a wrench near my car. They didnt they just did more damage. They telling me about everything i did not ask them to do. They damaged my rack opinion my windows dont roll up. I have engine light on my windows do not roll up or down. They said i had myvcar towed in. I could drive it because itvwas leaking. I told them i had it checked already. I knew what i needed done. Beware of Glenns European Auto. They dony repair they are scamming ppl & taking there money. I guess because i live in the poor city of reading Glenns auto repair could take advantange. I will have my attorney file mybcomplaint this week. These guys will take your car & do whatever they want without your consent. They were very upset that i did not spend over $20.000 with the shop. Un believable. I will have them all in court. I had my car towed to the shop. O went back to make sure my car waznin the same conditolion as it was when it went in. I just got my car out of bentley paramus. I knew what was wrong. Then they destroy more things on my car. Itsnlike dam. I dont have enough issuses without Glenns auto doing more damage. Glenns auto defence is that i had my car towed in. It was already damage. So tjey were able to damage the rack opinon that cost $9,450 dollars alone to fix. I guess this is how this shop.gets money. Then jhon said it was probably the guy driving it on & off the tow truck. They took a picture of my car not having a inspection sticker. They tried to make it look like my car was out of order for years. The truth of the matter. I just spent $4,400 dollars getting upper & lower control arms on my car. I had that done less then a month ago. They tried to set me up for failure. We will be in court. Im tired of going to mechanic shops & they are just ripping ppl off . Shops are just not honest anymore. Everybody beware. Glenns auto repair shop is a straight ripp off. They will have you thinkinking your car have so many problems. Tje lies they tell they should be investergated. I cant be the only person that they have done this to. Its lime my car was profiled. They day my. Ar went into Glenns auto repair. They damaged it further
.How do someone handle a case like this. They try to make it look like you have all these problems. These are problems they have made for you. I REPEAT. You are taking anhuge risk going to glenns auto shop that doesnt repair. They destroy thwn charge you. Then they repair only if your letting glenns auto guys do it. They all looked like they knew about my car. It was the only bentley there. I can write all day about these scammers. This is not helping me get my car back together. I have to bring them to justice as soon as possible. Jhon Glenn tje team of scammers. To be continued after the court processs.

My husband is usually the one to bring my car in, since it’s walking distance from his work. Let me tell you, I am so happy that I had ended up taking my car for the tires to be aligned. Glenn and his team are the best of the best. These people talked to me like I was their best friend and it was my first time meeting them! Not to mention they took exceptional care of my 2018 VW Tiguan, the thing drives like butter. If you're looking for excellence, look no further!!

The work done is satisfactory - IF AND WHEN ITS DONE.
Multiple times I have fixed appointment to get work done and have wasted time waiting for my turn.
the staff is very plesant, but whats the point if you cam not get attended to WHEN PROMISED?
I would rather go where they adhere to commitments .

Outstanding folks to work with, especially their service manager, Evan. There was a major problem with the installation of a timing belt that caused them to have to keep my car much longer, a very rare event, according to Evan. Throughout the two week period, Evan and John couldn’t have been kinder and more considerate. Greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Glenn’s European Auto Repair.

The Spring City Shop is horrible. The front desk lady is sweet and helpful, the front desk service advisors are nice and seem helpful. I had taken three cars (mine and my two kids) in at the same time, because of their "special" they were running. They lied about what needed repaired, on several different items. I did not let them do the work, I went back to my garage with all the vehicles which there was nothing wrong with those items. With the big item, the axel. I took it back to them to look at the new one, which never was replaced and they said it was good. The shop is ran by twenty year old's and liars. I should of wrote a review sooner, but here it is now.

I brought a book to read while I waited to have my car's oil changed, but I never needed to open it! Had great conversations with Jeanne, one of GEAR's- for lack of a better term--receptionists, and also the owner's mother, as well as Evan Both are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to talking about cars and the issues customers have with their cars. The GEAR technician not only changed the oil and filter, but also inspected my car for any potential issues that might arise. I have a VW Passat SE and that she is in good hands with GEAR.
