“I shop at Target weekly. This store is always clean and organized. The Starbucks is great- I do wish they would bring back the seating there. The Cafe with Pizza Hut items is rarely open when I'm there. I'm sure that has to do with demand but I'd love to see it open more. While I always walk in for one item and leave having bought 10 or more, I do wish they would reconsider their relationship with AT&T. The sales reps at try so hard to connect but I find it a but annoying to be asked about my phone service every time when I'm just trying to get in and out.”
“T-mobile itself isn’t the greatest at communicating. The help line wasn’t doing their part in looking at policies, therefore they told a relative something was covered when it was not. The store manager explained it to them on the phone to resolve it then helped us with next steps.The people that work here are wonderful. They’re helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Natalie was nice and helpful as well as the manager who has so much patience and kindness.”

“While the location and convenience are excellent, there is room for improvement in guest services, particularly in handling exchanges, refunds, pickups, and drive up.. as well as at register… Currently, there can be significant waiting times.”

“I recently visited this store for an upgraded phone for my grandmother. Upon walking into the store Tony was welcoming and extremely helpful. He was very versed in the products and what to offer to each of his customers entering the store as his engagement with others was self evident. His ability to efficiently multiple task while providing reasonable wait time for each customer was remarkable. My grandmother who is very inpatient and not up to date with technology what so ever was patiently waited on. Tony was patient and clear in his vingacular as he specifically ensured my grandmother understood what he was explaining to her. His overall customer service displayed to us was phenomenal. His astute, kind and professionalism is to be commended. In most retailer phone stores it's common to be turned away with no help and or spending hours waiting for assistance. None of these issues occurred for my grandmother's visit with Metro on 6/6/24.”

All cells came in within .1 volts of each other besides 4 which came in as dead cells. With less than a 5 minute call to their customer support they verified and took care of the 4 bad cells at no charge. “I had the biggest headache trying to get my phone upgraded over the weekend. And even though it didn't get done over the weekend like I had planned, the folks at this store in particular are S-Tier. We were having issues with my account due to an open insurance claim (which was were unaware of at first). But these guys went above and beyond trying to help me out. I went into the store 2 days in a row trying to get this upgrade done. The phone I was looking at was the last one they had in stock. They held it for me. Even offered to hold it an additional week as I want going to be able to get back to this store until next weekend. They made calls to customer service on my behalf and even opened up a story ticket to try and get the issue on my account resolved faster. If I had the ability to, is take these guys out to dinner to thank them all for their help and patience. This store is A 10 out of 10. If you need anything T-Mobile, this is the store you want to use. Ultimately I wound up going to another store this week to finish the upgrade. But all the employees at this store deserve an award for absolutely outstanding customer care.”
“I love this target location because it's within walking distance from my apartment. The associates are always helpful, but one thing to note is that this store doesn't have a large collection, and sometimes you may find empty grocery shelves.”
“(Former CVS customer) I went in to CVS before using this Walgreens today for a flu shot and was given quite a hard time about recieving one today. So, I went down the street to Walgreens. I walked in the door and IMMEDIATELY was asked if I would like a flu shot. I filled out my forms and got the shot. Thanks Walgreens. This LONG time CVS client is done with them. I will be transferring ALL my pharmaceutical needs from CVS to you.”

“It's probably my favorite target in the area, closer to Pottstown Pike and standing on its own place. This target has a lot of parking. They do have curbside pickup options available. As you enter the target, they have Starbucks on your left, I have tried them, and it's good. Then, you will see customer service and lead to the clothing section. I have done toys, clothing, stationery, seasonal, and bikes purchased here. Their ambiance and maintenance of the store are great. The collection they have is greater than other targets nearby giving a great value.”

“Found this one open on an early morning drive to ymca on the Lancaster Ave and bear hill rd intersection. They have gas pumps, but I stopped to grab something quick for a workout. They have plenty in stock of energy bars, water , Gatorade, and fresh bananas!!!”
