“This is a great shop! They truly care about doing high quality work and making their customers happy. When I picked up my car, Dale was really happy that I came before the rain and sunset as he was very proud of the work they'd done and excited to see my reaction. I thought that was awesome and rare these days. And they should have been proud because it did look great. They even cleaned up the entire exterior and made the tires shine. I wasn't expecting that either. I didn't have any issues with the repairs but Dale told me to call if I did and they would take care of it. I definitely recommend this shop. Their prices are also very competitive.”

“I was thinking of purchasing an EV and they had a used Tesla. I was introduced to Eric Nyce who was the expert at the dealership for EV’s. He spent the time with me so I understood the differences between the Tesla and the Ford EV’s. I was actually not wanting to inquire about the Tesla due to the fact that I had so many questions.and was unsure that a Ford dealership would be able to provide me with so much information regarding the Tesla. Eric is a Tesla owner himself and provided me the differences between the Mach E and the Tesla. It was a no brainer that I had come to the right place. Wanted to give a raving review to Conestoga Collision and particularly khan, vinny, tony and Allison as they are fantastic and if i could give them all an 11 i would but i know on 1-10 they are 10 in my books. The precision fixes, the customer service, follow ups, the app on updates, and knowledge are superior and above the rest of competition on repairs and all else. Khan above all from when i took vehicle in to the repairs getting completed as if its a new purchase from dealership has left me in awe. Congrats to him and team. “It is rare that I am thrilled and 100% satisfied with a business,but I sure feel that way about Xtreme PDR!! I brought my car in for an estimate to repair a ding that I received while parked in a parking lot! After receiving a very reasonable estimate, I scheduled my appointment and was told I could wait for the vehicle as the job would take one to two hours . One hour later, my car was finished and looked brand new! There was no longer any evidence of the ding , which is an absolute miracle to me! These guys are so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I highly recommend them for any paintless ding repair!”

“This is my first time ever sending my car for a body part repair and it came out fantastic. The paint match is 10/10 and the fitment is also a 10/10. They even went ahead and did a full detail interior and exterior of the car. It felt like I was driving a brand new car. “Honesty can be difficult to come by.
Steve is an honest man that is running and honest business.
I had closed my garage door on my car and already received one estimate. Wanting to compare that one, I stopped in at Classic Coachwork in Collegeville for a second opinion.
Steve looked at the damage and said that it did not necessarily need to be painted. He cleaned the area for me, and it was almost as good as new. It is not perfect, but it is 90% better and I can live with the way it looks.
I was given the option to have the part pulled off, painted and looking brand new but I opted out. Steve was willing to do the work, if that is what I wanted. He was not turning away the job, but he was also not ripping me off.
I appreciate that he did not make me feel like a complete idiot, which is how I felt when I watched him clean and buff the area.
Steve saved me a lot of money.
If my car ever needs more extensive work, I know exactly where I am going.”

“I had some damage to bumper and my tail light, and Bruce at Rowlands was able to get me an estimate within the hour of me calling, and his estimate was less than half of what the place near me had given me. He worked with me, and saved me a ton of money, I am on a tight budget and this was a Godsend for me!
Bruce was able to get my car in the next day and had it finished the same day! Not only that, but the work was flawless and it looked perfect. He went above and beyond and I cannot highly recommend Rowlands enough. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any work, and I will be sending everyone I know his way!

“I ordered some tires from TireRack and had them installed at Phoenix Performance. I previously had tires installed there years ago, and just like the last time, the experience was great from start to finish. Joe (the owner) was friendly and communicative, and their techs took fantastic care of my car. Yes, I paid a little more than if I'd gone to a budget tire place (though not much, their prices are quite reasonable), but that's well worth it to know my car is in good hands. I even got a tour of their facilities; lots of very cool cars getting worked on! I'd highly recommend them, especially if you have a performance car and want the best service around.”

As a young woman, I'm still sometimes learning where to go for certain things and who to trust to not take advantage when it comes to cost. Ott's does not take advantage of you and is such a nice, warm family place. They also have a sweet dog to greet you as an added bonus :) I'll absolutely be returning to Ott's when in need!!”
