This is my first and last time working with 3D. I wanted to try them out since they’re fairly close to where I live and they are a recommended shop by my insurance Erie so I said why not. When making the call to schedule a drop off for my car I asked the guy from 3D, Joe, what are their procedures and if they use only OEM parts. He assured that all parts used will be OEM or at the very least “look” OEM. When repairs were completed and when I went to pick up my car, to my surprise my car looked like nothing it used too. They used an OEM fender and hood but not for the grille and bumper which makes the car look terrible and the difference is glaring. I expressed my concern and told the 3D guy that was showing me around my car, I forget his name, that I can’t take the car back like this. It doesn’t even look like my car anymore. He assured that they will order a new OEM front bumper and OEM grille. I left my car with them for another week and when my car was ready for pick up, to my surprise, again, they did not change the bumper or grille! I would argue that they made no changes since I left my car with them for the second time and it’s been sitting. The second time I went to pick up my car Joe was working the front desk and let’s just say he was very unprofessional to say the least. He was trying to convince me that they had change the bumper and grille by yelling and using shady tactics like printing on an invoice of the aftermarket bumper and telling me it’s OEM. I asked how is that possible when the bumper he printed is the same exact one on my receipt which the body shop guy already admitted to me that it’s an aftermarket bumper and grille. I left my car there for the 3 time so it’s still an on going situation. Please do not come to this place it is a nightmare!

Great job , always answer my phone call, text coming and I know how the process going forward .
When I call , I actually talk to human not the machine.
My Truck was ready exact the day that they promised in second day .

The repair process was smooth and they provided frequent updates about the progress. They also provided my car before the promised date. The work looks very neat and clean. Overall a very good experience!

The staff was awesome throughout the entire repair process. They texted me updates on how the repair process was going. I had a problem after I picked the car up. When I took the car back, they addressed it immediately. I definitely recommend 3D to anyone who needs a body shop

They’re getting 4 stars because they did a good job. Communication was great. The work is good. But we have a problem. We have ants in the car now. They weren’t there when we gave it to them. They had the car for a month. It must of been sitting near some brush or a wooded area. So thanks for the nice work 3D but next time keep the ants.

Excellent work and vehicle updates on my 2022 Buick Encore. I highly recomm me this body shop. It took three weeks but that is usually for the amount of work done. Especially appreciative of the paint job

This is the second time I've use 3D Collison for my repairs. They worked with my insurance company and kept me updated on the repair process. Customer Service was awesome. The vehicle was completed on schedule.

Truly awesome customer service. They dealt wonderfully with insurance company and car rental company. Explained everything well. Best thins were the text messages every 3 days to keep you appraised of progress. And finished a day earlier then projected date.

Well sometimes looks can be deceiving other times not, this is one of those times that when you pull into the disorganized mess of a lot, you shouldnt be suprised when they lost your appointment despite four confirmation and remindered texts they sent over the last few days. So needless to say maybe they do fantastic work but they need to spend five minutes with better appointment software.
