“I am fed up with this postal service i have lived here for more than 2 years and my rent has been lost bills not received and purchases returned and not delivered my mother didn't recieve one of her bills for six months and now has cost her a lot of late fees etc to catch up what the HELL is the problem im calling to complain again”

I was hamstrung and not able to work without this piece to my laptop and the main number was not super helpful. Once Nate called he was on the case and I had my package within an hour! Thanks Nate!!”

“It's really baffling why this post office is rated only two stars. There were two employees helping people, both were kind, friendly and very efficient at their jobs. There was a constant stream of people (11am on a Friday) but they kept the line moving with everyone being helped in a timely manner. I went in to purchase and subsequently mail an envelope and a money order. Between taking the time to fill out my information on the envelope and money order and waiting in line, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Granted, they didn't roll the red carpet and serve me champagne when I walked in but I'm willing to let it slide this once.”

“EVERY SINGLE TIME that I come to the Greensburg store, EVERYONE is awesome there!! Helpful and friendly and willing to go above and beyond! Several times I knew I was going to be 1 minute past closing and they were waiting for me when I got there after I called and asked if they were closing soon and so nice about it!
