That was the best experience I could have had honestly, The showroom is being remodeled but I needed supplies for a 200amp replacement. The person helping was super professional, even wrapped the cable and put everything in a box. It could not have gone better.

Didn't have my part, agreed to order, called 10 minutes after I left to say he found it on eBay. Would feel guilty getting it for me and marking it up, so he sent the link. You don't find honesty like this too much on our society.

I reached out to the Lighting and panel department for quotes on projects. They never responded then when I pressed them for the quote they came back telling me I was listed as a company in their system that we are not. Seems a company with a similar name was listed. After a few brief back-and-forth‘s where the representative was very confrontational and treated me like a nuisance they said if they moved forward with a quote we would need to put 70% down. I told the guy I accepted his terms and deposits would not be a problem but we are looking for the lowest number and not just to buy a package. They guy waited an hour then told me they were not interested in quoting.It seemed odd to me that I had to have a back-and-forth with someone be put down and belittled to argue with them over giving me a price on a good. All I was looking for was a quote but seemed to be a hassle for them to give one. Doesn’t seem like a good business model to me. Not yet sure if normal stock material ordering experience would be better. I might put a small order together just to see the response. It’s totally a shame cause so many of these electrical supply houses have forgot The partnership with the customer. They seem to be a controlling party. I had hoped yale/Franklin would have been a different type of supplier.

Great electrical distributor with excellent knowledgeable staff! If they do not have the stock of something at the location, they can have almost anything from their regional warehouse facility for next day. Specialist in controls and custom solutions.
