Stopped by to make a quick deposit inside. This is not my usual branch. The transaction was quick and easy. Was assisted by teller Maria. She was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. No issues.

My husband and I came to this Wells Fargo branch at 10:30 on a Saturday. Wanted to open bank accounts. We were told that they only had one banker and he had just started working with a client. The ladies at the front desk didn't know how long it would take. In order not to waste time, we went to another branch of the bank, but everything was busy there. At 11:15 we returned to this branch of the bank, the banker Raja had no clients. We asked him to open the account for us, at least one. It was very important for us and we could not come on a weekday, as we work from Monday to Friday. Raj's bank teller said he had an 11:30 apoitment. We said that we could wait, perhaps the client would not come to the apoitment. He said good. We waited until 11:40, no one came to Raji's bank employee and the employee himself did not come out to us. Then an American woman came, without an apoitment, and Raj's employee came out and began to help her. He didn't even look at us and didn't say anything. We left feeling frustrated as we wasted so much time. Perhaps Raj's employee heard an accent in our English, and realized that we were Ukrainians and did not help us. I don't understand why the banker Raja treats us like that.

My daughter and I visited this branch so that she could open her first bank account. What should have been an important financial experience became a lesson in how NOT to present yourself on the job.Our banker, Meaghan, had several questions for her colleagues while trying to open the new account. We sat with her a total of three times, as she didn't seem fully trained and/or knowledgeable on the process and necessary documents. She seemed professional enough, just not especially competent.When we returned a third time with all of the necessary documents, we were stiffly greeted and told that the bank was closing. The gentleman that greeted us was visibly irritated at our return, then became vocally irritated as he went behind the teller line and loudly announced, "Guess who's back?!" clearly alluding to whatever comments had been made after our previous departure. This was extremely unprofessional and not indicative of a competent leader. Meaghan's expression was exasperated, as was her demeanor as she was finally able to open my daughter's account.There was no thank you for your business, congratulations on opening your first account, we're glad you're trusting us with your daughter's financial affairs...nothing. The customer service shown in this branch is less than lacking, showing that these employees can't expect to progress professionally if they can't manage the service expectations at the local branch level. It can't be too much to ask that the employees be irritated at having to work during business hours on their own time, not in front of customers. I am now preparing to close my family's accounts here, which is a shame since my husband has been a customer here for several years.

Horrible online service.I am simply trying to get my online account set up so that I can pay online. I finally had time today.. I spent over two hours on the phone with no resolution. First of all, it took a bit to get to them as their online system wouldn't recognize my keyed in or spoken account numbers.I finally got through and the tech rep Rashad was very good, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He really tried to get it fixed. After TWO HOURS of spinning our wheels, he said that I have to go to a branch. Great - I freaking work from home during the day and cannot take time off to fix well fargo's problem.I can go saturday which I will do next week. Given my experience thus far with wells I can be pretty sure that trip will be another waste of an hour or so of my life.I want to be able to pay online instead of having to call in. What is so mind boggling difficult about that. ???

Horrible customer service. They closed the branch 5 minutes away on Huntingdon Valley plaza, which was way better in terms of customer service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. This branch was not too crowded or long a wait. You do need a balance to avoid fees. Had a problem but it was resolved. This review is just for the branch, not Wells Fargo as a whole although for both I've rarely had a problem.

Great bank. Staff is really courteous. Very clean bank and up to date because I upgraded all the pcs in the bank. I also upgraded the network switches.

I would've picked 0 Stars if it was an option. I've been a Wells Fargo customer for almost 15 years now & have numerous accounts with them. Worst customer service and liars at this location. I will be refinancing my mortgage with another bank that I currently have with Wells Fargo Bank & Will be closing out all of my accounts. Truly disgusted...
