The older man who I think runs the place is very nice and when he’s around the service is super friendly and fast. Since my last review the staff have improved. The people who work there are nice. Returning Amazon packages here is a breeze and to get receipt is very quick and convenient (because Amazon messes up sometimes). Notary service good when the man is there, Never saw notary do that before. Mostly always a Very pleasant place to take care of package sending, returns, and to get notary service. They do everything with mailing, packing, copying etc. Very convenient location, lots of close by parking for a quick transaction and other stores nearby to do errands in that center.

What a joke. I called this morning and spoke to the girl with the black hair and she said that to ship an item it was going to cost me $23, I gave her dimensions, weight, location to ship to. I saod perfect. It's a large shipment that couldn't fit in my car so I paid someone to bring it to the store. I was then told that it would be another $100 to box it up which she didn't mention. I thought $23 was cheap, but I asked for everything and she said yes. So I buy one of the 3 boxes it would take to pack the item and went to go get another big box that I had that I could use. I spend about 40 minutes in the store wrapping the item and when I go to get it shipped they say it's too big. Are you out of your mind dumb? You couldn't have told me this before I bought the first box, did all the driving around, and time and effort, to build a custom box for the item. They tell me I have to drive 20 minutes away tomorrow and then pay over $300 when I was told $23 and then $120. Scam scam scam. Absolute joke.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by this fine young gentlemen Andrew Harkins at the UPS store, and I must say, the experience was exceptional! Not only was Andrew Harkins incredibly friendly and approachable, but their sense of humor and easygoing demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed and even made some great recommendations along the way. This UPS Store already lost two of my AMAZON return packages. Associate said that I have to manage my returns better and ensure that all of the items are on the return receipt that they print, even though he ensured me at a time that the same label could be use if couple items going to the same place! What a mess!!!

I go in this store all the time but the last few times I’ve been in the employees taking care of my returns were on their phones the whole time they were waiting on me. Today the guy was scanning my codes and not putting the items with the labels. When I mentioned they might get mixed up that way he said nothing and gave me a dirty look. I am a previous business owner who employeed mostly high schoolers and the number one rule was no phones while you’re helping a customer. Just sends a bad vibe
