I was very grateful to get oxygen delivered on short notice and the delivery person was extremely nice and helpful. However, I was asked to pay for the oxygen because my insurance company wouldn't approve it in advance, which I was okay with, and the $200 cost wasn't terrible. My issue is that I filed a claim for reimbursement and my insurance paid them $105, 4 months ago. When I called to ask for a refund of the insurance paid amount the office manager was extremely rude and talked down to me. She told me that until my insurance took the payment back or they run an internal audit, they are keeping both payments. And then she hung up on me!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Delivered a filthy mattress to my home. Guy told me it was brand new, that he had just took it out of box the previous day. I removed the old ripped up transport cover only to be horrified what was underneath, Body fluid stained mattress. I called customer service only to find a very rude person on the other end of line. Please don’t deal with this company as they have poor business practices. There are much better medical supply companies in the area.

While I needed an emergency nebulizer- I called that day and Patty- very professional- helped get one out to me. Joe was very professional and took his time to be sure everything was set up and working. I recommend this company as they work WITH you to be sure you get the equipment you need. Thank you for having my health as important as it is to me. I also spoke with Steve who explained the ins and outs and I was greatful for his time. Respectfully Submitted.

The office staff is not pleasant. I just spoke to someone who talked down to me. He asked me if I had a private deal with the owner Steve. Extremely rude & unprofessional & hung up on me...

I called to ask if they carried a specific item. The woman that answered the phone was quick to say no and offered no assistance. I then asked her if she happened to know of any other place I might have luck finding it and she cut me off every chance she got to rush me off the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional!

While the rep at Total Medical Solutions made a very quick visit to me in the rehab to gain my business, when they found out i needed an oversized commode and a wider walker they said that i would have to pay out of pocket as i did not meet the 300 pound weight limit. My incision from a hip replacement hit the bars on a regular commode and walker. After a call to my health insurance provider who assured us that all we needed was a prescription, and then another call to my patient advocate who guaranteed approval and payment for this, the representative at Total Medical Solutions refused to provide services through the insurance company. The rep, was abrupt and abrasive, talking over me, the coordinator from the rehab, and my insurance advocate. A phone call to the owner who days before personally solicited my business in my rehab room went unanswered. It's hard enough to have to ask for larger medical equipment to accomodate my larger hips, but to be treated in an unprofessional manner by this particular staff member was disappointing. We went with a local company in Glenside who was all to happy to provide the needed medical equipment and accept the letter from the insurance company authorizing and guaranteeing payment.
