“This UPS store is exactly what Hatboro needed. It's easily accessible, centrally located which allows you to run additional errands with little to no effort. It has a great parking lot behind the store which allows you to safely park your car off the main drag. I had a few things I needed to ship and was able to get quick great service. The ladies working at the store were knowledgeable and work with me on picking the best shipping option. They were personable and easy to speak with about my needs. I highly recommend getting all your shipping and printing needs at this store.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! I have been coming to Valley Pack 'N' Mail for many many years. I needed a PO Box, and was having issues actually getting my mail at the PO BOX I had thru the post office. If I receive something too big, or forget to go by and the mail builds up - a human being calls me - YES _ A HUMAN BEING. I asked for their help with a big mailing project for special events, and they were ALL IN! On occasion I need to send overseas and they are so very helpful in completing the required documentation so that the package is received (I've tried on my own - and the package gets stuck at customs because I didn't provide correct paperwork - SO FRUSTRATING!) “Hi,I wanted to let you know Francis did a great job for me last Feb 7, 2024. I was sent a package from Moldova. ( RB460007157MD ) It took from Jan 9 to Jan 12 to get to Queens, NY. From there it went to St Louis then Kansas, from there it disappeared for 10 Days. I called your Southampton Branch and was told there was nothing that could be done. Wait the correct number of days and file a claim. (This was after the correct days required. but your system would not let me file the claim) again I was told nothing could be done.Then It showed up in Phila and I figured it was found. Not so lucky, it started doing a round robin from Phila to Scranton then Lehigh valley and Back to Phila for another go round. I tried your Southampton office again and got Francis on the line, he looked it up said it was probably missing a bar code and immediately sent an email to the last 3 sort centers, The package was delivered the next day.Thank-you Francis”
