“We visited this post office on a Monday afternoon for finger printing. We reached there at 12:06 and we were done by 12:15. The staff Suzanne was very helpful and extremely kind.
This is the first time I felt USPS can be welcoming and helpful. Kudos to the staff in this location.”

I was coming from a nursing school close by preparing for a graduation last minute and quite anxious about the different parts that were going into making this happen for the students tomorrow.
Dj was not only an informative, kind and helpful, but she was able to manage all of that me and the customers with a smile on her face.
She has inspired me to never give up even on the hard days. To be busy with Grace, And I swear the entire time I was there everyone was like thank you Dj. You’re the best Dj. “I had purchased some items from an auction house in Philadelphia, but I'm in California. Got a quote from the place the auction house recommended for shipping, but it was almost twice the total I'd paid for the items! While USave doesn't pick up items for shipping, I hired a Taskrabbit person to courier the items and USave shipped them for half of my original quote. Thanks to all who made this work!”

“I had a fingerprinting appointment that started with a hitch because the company didn't send the code in my email. Jimmy stepped up right away and was so very helpful and genuinely friendly. He made sure I was able to complete the process correctly from beginning to end. I was very appreciative of his help.
While I was there, quite a few customers came in. Jimmy greeted all of them in a welcoming manner and seemed to know many by name. Clearly, he cares about the business and his customers. I don't live in the area but if I did, he would be my go to guy and I would bring all my business to him. Thanks Jimmy.”

“ive been here multiple times within this month. its the holiday season and giving gifts to friends/family across the states (and even so far into canada) usually causes a lot of troubles each year. ive been to a few stores/postal services but this one is so close and has been very reliable so far. workers from other places get visibly upset when i notice i need to file through customs with them; this store, and the workers more specifically, have been extremely patient and willing to help me through any issue and problem. in this past two weeks i have been here twice (so far) and both times i was met with a worker named Johnathan (i hope i spelled his name right.) He has been so kind towards me and has the desire to help. even if i dont know what all of these abbreviations mean, or know a lot about how packages are shipped, i always feel welcomed when i go to this store. thank you for being so cooperative and compassionate, this goes to all of the workers here. i wish you all a warm holiday and a safe new year <3”

They provide all the services expected of a UPS store. There’s mailboxes located in the store, with printers. They accept Comcast, Peco, Ace PGW bill payments, sell money orders, PA lottery tickets and 99 cent greeting cards.There’s metered parking in front- an hour for a quarter, and parking in the rear of the store. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. “Prompt, Curious Service” is what’s stated on the store’s window front. At this UPS Store location, that’s exceeded.”

“I love this little quaint Post Office and the Staff.
The only scary part is when the patrons get out of their cars and walk behind the cars in the parking lot. Parked cars or some drivers waiting and looking to make sure no one is behind them. Is there anyway you can put up a notice on the entrance door, For safety and less stress, " Please use the sidewalk to enter the building"? I almost hit an elderly little person. I was in no hurry to leave. Truck was taller.”
“It was my first time coming to Olney Multi-Services and I was cutting it close to 4:25 by the time I found parking. I caught Donte just as he was leaving and I would have respectfully come back the next day but he assured me that picking up my package was fine! “LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! I have been coming to Valley Pack 'N' Mail for many many years. I needed a PO Box, and was having issues actually getting my mail at the PO BOX I had thru the post office. If I receive something too big, or forget to go by and the mail builds up - a human being calls me - YES _ A HUMAN BEING. I asked for their help with a big mailing project for special events, and they were ALL IN! On occasion I need to send overseas and they are so very helpful in completing the required documentation so that the package is received (I've tried on my own - and the package gets stuck at customs because I didn't provide correct paperwork - SO FRUSTRATING!) SOOO very accommodating and always helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“The older man who I think runs the place is very nice and when he’s around the service is super friendly and fast. Since my last review the staff have improved. The people who work there are nice. Returning Amazon packages here is a breeze and to get receipt is very quick and convenient (because Amazon messes up sometimes). Notary service good when the man is there, Never saw notary do that before. Mostly always a Very pleasant place to take care of package sending, returns, and to get notary service. They do everything with mailing, packing, copying etc. Very convenient location, lots of close by parking for a quick transaction and other stores nearby to do errands in that center.”
