I always loved this place, especially when Mrs. Laura was the director. She was so passionate and patient with the children. However, since the new director took over, the quality has declined significantly. She seems to lack patience with the children and doesn’t appear to have passion for working with them. My daughter, who had been attending this daycare for almost two years, was expelled less than a month, for misbehaving after the new director took over. They think suspension and expelling is the solution, and not working to solve the problem, like Mrs. Laura always did. My daughter is now at a new daycare and has not had any behavior problems since.

The hardest part of daycare is putting our babies in and making sure they are in good care. When searching for a daycare for my 10 month old daughter at the time i started feeling defeated i just wasn’t happy or comfortable with all of the places i toured at. I walked in alphabet garden and i felt like i was with family, all of the office staff came out talked to me showed me the classrooms i felt so comfortable with this daycare. My daughter is now 1 and it’s been an amazing experience she jumps out of my arms in the morning to go with one of her teachers she’s so happy to be here and I’m so happy i chose alphabet garden.

We started our daughter here in late Aug of 2024. Less than a month into her starting, she had a medical emergency due to a congenital condition she has. We could not be more confident with the care and immediate attention the staff of Alphabet Garden took to get our 16 mo old emergency medical attention. The truly treat our baby like she is family. The perceived turnover happens in all facilities, as staff has to sometimes move with the children to the next age group. I'm not overally concerned with that, as it happens nearly everywhere. The core staff remain the same and treat our children well. We highly recommend

One of the best day cares around my son came here at 3 months and he absolutely loves it! The teachers are extremely attentive and make any parent feel at ease leaving their baby with them! The place is super clean and they use Procare where you get daily photos of your baby and helps with feeding schedules and bathroom and sleep schedule. The director Alina is also super wonderful she always keeps you in the loop about all the day to day activities and always available to answer any questions. Thank you so much guys highly highly recommend !!!!

I don't recommend it. The new director does not know how to manage the staff. The staff in the lower grades do not look after the children well. If a child is guilty, he is often put in a corner and put away from other children. As an outcast of society. The staff in the junior groups are very rude.

We send both of our daughters (ages 4 and 2) to Alphabet Garden and could not be happier. Compared to the previous place where we sent our girls, they put a big emphasis on education as well as offer extra curriculars such as Spanish and Dance classes. We love all of the teachers and staff and are extremely happy our girls are in such good hands.

My daughter has loved being at Alphabet Garden and we love it as her parents! It is evident how much the staff care about the kids. I love the app that they use to update us on what is going on throughout the day and the ease of food being included makes easy mornings and nights for mom! I would recommend Alphabet Garden to any friend or family member!

We love it here! My daughter has been going since 4 months old, she is now almost three. She loves her teacher, the crafts, and its nice food is provided!

We love Alphabet Garden! My children have been here for 4 years and we couldn't be happier. The teachers are friendly and great with the kids. Classrooms are always clean and decorated nicely. Highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare

Our family absolutely loves Alphabet Garden! It is clear that the teachers and staff genuinely care about the children and have always been friendly and helpful to our family as well. The staff is also extremely responsive and flexible. 10/10 recommend.

I love the Alphabet Garden for my girls. The staff is welcoming, attentive and they have always been able to accommodate our needs. They offer a lot of extra curricular activities which has been so fun and exciting for my daughters. The space is very clean! I know my girls are safe and they come home happy every time they are there. I would absolutely recommend this daycare to any parent.

All positive things! My son has been with Alphabet Garden since he was few months old - he is now almost 2 years old! Staff are very caring, easy to talk to and actually have conversation with you. Alphabet Garden uses an app that notifies me when my son gets his diaper changed, is being fed, takes his nap, they send multiple pictures daily!! I would 100% recommend this daycare to my family and friends.

We love it here! The teachers are great and my daughter has a blast. During the summer they put together some fun activities for the kids. There is an app that gives a report of the day after you pick up your child. I always love the pictures and videos they share. They also just started a food program which includes breakfast and lunch! I appreciate this benefit so much :)

Absolutely loved this place teachers are very careing and loving as soon as you walk in you feel so comfortable leaving your child here they are so welcoming and I would Absolutely recommend this place to any parent!
