Words are inadequate to express the depth of our gratitude to Rob Warren for both his competence and compassion. After visiting an elderly relative in the area for nearly a week, on Thursday morning our Jeep was “dead” in the driveway. Our expensive “Roadside Assistance” service kept us waiting for towing over 6 hours before finally deserting us completely. Pressured to keep to our planned departure home Sat. morning to upstate NY, (accompanied by our 2 big dogs), in order to keep long scheduled medical appointments we were in a difficult place.
This is when Rob entered the situation. A towing service was recommended that arrived promptly on Friday. A dead battery was diagnosed by Friday afternoon and parts were ordered. Unfortunately, part’s delivery wasn’t until Saturday. The shop was normally closed on Saturday but Rob not only installed the battery on Saturday but also provided a thorough check over.
The shop is well equipped, well staffed, and provides the high level of professionalism that you always hope that you are going find!
