Excellent classes and instructors. I can feel the workouts working. There are so many classes and the schedule is very flexible.

Tried my first spinning class here with a friend. We tried it and we did like it however we felt that there wasn't that much training before and after the class. I wish they told us to stretch before and after as we were kind of sore for some time.
