On Friday, September 27th we visited the Southampton, PA location looking for help on attaching our headboard bracket kit to our adjustable frame. We had 4 employees in the store helping us: Maya Blank, Lamis Obeid, David Bowie and James Cannon. All working hard to figure it out. Never giving up, they then reach out to the delivery team of Richie Kirschner and Motaz Mhannaabuali. After conversations back and forth, moving mattresses, lifting bed frames, calls and using FaceTime, the team (they truly all worked together) figured it out. Because of their efforts it took us no time at home to put it together. Thank you for the team’s help! Customer service to the next level! You have made my family a customer for life!!!
