Over charged me for ignition coils and they went bad a few months later and had to pay to get them done again. Had a headlight changed and it went bad days later and I had to pay them again to put in another one. Said they changed my breaks and I went to another shop a few months later for a grinding sound coming from my rear and they told me I had no break pads left… dunno if it was intentional or just over looked but still unacceptable.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I’ve used the big name auto shops for years until we found a Neary’s auto. No bullsh*t, just honest pricing and great work. Every car we own are still on the road today. First time in my life I Been there on Thursday evening, after I done my work I saw I had expired inspection stickers, he told me to drop the car next day on Friday morning, I dropped at 9:00am and went at 4:05pm to pick up the car and he said not done, you had not appointment, bring back on Monday, ????? really? Wonderful! Less then 1 star. NEVER GO BACK! ?

If there would be an option not to give any starts I would not give. My car had a gas leak and after they gave me the price I told them thank you but i don't want to repair it, which is my right. After i said that i will take my car back their attitude changed. Making a pregnant women to come to the shop 5 times the same day is too much on top of that to be disrespectful. I asked what do i own them and they told me " yes you own us half hour and 35$". Nothing wrong with he 35$. Its your job to look at a car and give me an estimate and is my right not to accept. Not recommended 100%, this shows their unprofessionalism.

Matt and his team at Neary Auto are the absolute best. He goes above and beyond to fit us on the schedule, explains repairs in detail, and often takes us into the shop to show us the repair needed and answer any questions we have. His pricing is beyond fair and he gives us a heads up when he can see a larger repair coming down the line. He is always so friendly. Best in Bucks County for sure.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Had another awesome experience at Neary Auto repair in Southampton,Pa. been going here for several years now whether it's for scheduled maintenance, inspections, oil changes or problems that arise with my vehicles. Matt and his techs are all extremely knowledgeable friendly and honest and have no problem taking time interacting with customers answering any questions that you may have treating you with top notch customer service .

I don't know how they have a good review status cause it's been months of problems from them. I went to pick up my car and point out a flat when I walked outside (The hubcap almost touched pavement). The car model is fairly rare but they're fairly clueless.
