My Saturday was off to a good start when I discovered my radiator was cracked. I called and spoke with Jeff and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Luckily, he had the radiator in stock and even had it waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. Thank you Jeff for saving my day!

Ordered car battery online which was very easy on the website. Price was much less than other auto stores. Picked up and had no problems. Highly recommend NAPA for future purchases

Best Best Best experience I've ever had at any auto parts store. The lady who was working the counter when my husband and I arrived was the sweetest most nicest autoparts worker I have ever met. She definitely went above and beyond to help us figure out what we needed. She made our visit well worth it. This is now the only place I will continue to go to for anything I need for my car , all because of her. She needs a raise!!

Placed an order online two separate times. The first time they sold me a caliper that was opened and I didn't realize it was supposed to come with pins. I realized after buying another caliper for the other side. I told the employee or who I thought seemed like the manager and he just said "well at least you were able to complete the job." I also ordered gloves for pickup and every time he would just say they didn't come in and then said he didn't know what happened to them. Until now I still never received the gloves. Good parts but if you like a place that has people that care this might not be a good choice. My impression is they don't care and also had a slightly ugly attitude.

I like Napa auto parts. Their are real legitimate parts for your car. Reasonable in their prices. Even with their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, there are always need to help you out with their excellent customer service.

This is a small, out of the way parts store, not a big box showroom like Pep Boys. But they had everything I needed for my vehicles each time I’ve been there, so I keep going back. You may have to wait a little longer to get help because of their size but they”re helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend them.
