My Saturday was off to a good start when I discovered my radiator was cracked. I called and spoke with Jeff and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Luckily, he had the radiator in stock and even had it waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. Thank you Jeff for saving my day!

Best Best Best experience I've ever had at any auto parts store. The lady who was working the counter when my husband and I arrived was the sweetest most nicest autoparts worker I have ever met. She definitely went above and beyond to help us figure out what we needed. She made our visit well worth it. This is now the only place I will continue to go to for anything I need for my car , all because of her. She needs a raise!!

Placed an order online two separate times. The first time they sold me a caliper that was opened and I didn't realize it was supposed to come with pins. I realized after buying another caliper for the other side. I told the employee or who I thought seemed like the manager and he just said "well at least you were able to complete the job." I also ordered gloves for pickup and every time he would just say they didn't come in and then said he didn't know what happened to them. Until now I still never received the gloves. Good parts but if you like a place that has people that care this might not be a good choice. My impression is they don't care and also had a slightly ugly attitude.
