Prior to this experience our company has been with the same agent for the past 7 years. Last year when we saw that our rates were going up and our agent did not seem to be too interested in helping us we responded to several inquiries of interest from other agencies. MPL rose to the top in terms of follow-up and follow-through. Derek Benevidas quickly demonstrated that he was willing to go the distance to capture both our work comp package and our General Liability package. I would highly reccomend Derek for his professionalism and willingness to roll up his sleeves to get the job done.

As soon as we got all the paperwork done, the office was updated and guided through. From correcting details and updates on where the processing is excellent. They are professional and knowledgeable, Vicki keeps us in the loop. Excellent customer service.

We have worked with a number of insurance brokers in the past 25 years, and none have been as professional, competent, and helpful as MPL Risk. We have been with Robert and Audrey for 3 years at this point, and it needs to be noted that in the first year they saved the company more than 20% in our premiums for mandated insurances. I am sure that savings may not be typical for everyone, but due to our actual experience since that first year we have come to trust in their integrity, and the overall services and advice they provide.

I was previously working with a company in N Carolina and then about three years ago I received a cold call from a principal at this company. I suggested they call back - and they did! It is all about the timing. Robert Gleyzer and Audrey Davis have been fabulous. I would recommend them and the company to anyone. Very professional - responsive - and they do a great job for me and the company!
