We heard back from them almost immediately after making an inquiry and they sent a representative to speak to us in person. Nina from their office coordinated all the details expertly. We had a crew of highly trained, professional men help us pack all of our stuff. They really knew what they were doing and were wonderful. The next day was moving day and everything went smoothly once again. On the other end in Virginia a great crew delivered all of our stuff, put together our bed, book shelves and tv set ups, etc, etc and once again did a great job!
