WOW !!!!!!! I have been buying and wearing the same work shoes for about 15 years now . I often will have them re done when they start to wear out . I have had many companies all over do this service for me . I got my shoes back from Faherty's today and I was BLOWN away when I pulled them out of the bag!!!!! This repair / restore is by far the absolute best I have ever seen . They look as good as the day I first bought them!!!!If you need any kind of shoe repair/restore this is the ONLY place to go!!!Thank you

Bad selection poor costumer service, the second i walked in the woman behind the counter yelled at me "SIGN IN" I have never had to sign into any where ever if I didn't make reservations all the shows were heavily over priced would not recommend and would not comeback

I'm sorry to say worst place I have ever bought a walking sneaker. Paid $219:00 for a pair a Sneakers. I was told I needed to size up so they ordered them. Went to pick them up was rushed and not treated like I was when I purchased. Well they hurt so badly cannot even wear. I will never go back!!! Anyone need top of the line brand new sneakers, never worn.

They charge a service fee to buy shoes. I went into the store knowing the model and size of the sneaker that I wanted. The sneaker needed to be ordered. So instead of charging $160. They charged $165. I asked and they said it was a fitting charge. Isn’t that the reason to go to a speciality privately own store. I will NEVER go back to that store.

went to did you pick up my orthotics, I was told I have to see somebody with me in a minute set there for 20 minutes. Someone comes in and waits on 2 people that came in after me. The girl behind the counter got my wife, Alexis and I will stop to help you until someone's available but I don't usually do this. She helped as much as we could she could accept her and waited and waited and waited, and one of the employees were finishing up with another customer, I thought well I'm next. Someone comes in the door and wants to buy shoe polish. He waits on him. I took my orthotics his counter and said I will come back and the girl at the counter said, he can help you, and he said oh, I was gonna go do something else. And I left.

I was in today with my mother in law who was getting special sneakers for diabetes. When I say I've never seen customer service at that level in a retail establishment before it's true. The gentleman who helped her was patient, personable and genuinely careing. He adjusted the shoes until they were perfect. He spent at least a half hour or more making sure things were right with the sneakers. I was genuinely impressed and appreciated the staff at Faherty's.

This store is terrific. I brought my elderly father in and he finally got a comfortable pair of sneakers. The customer service is great. If your shoes need stretching you can go back and they will definitely accommodate you.

Had custom orthotics made eight years ago. They saved my feet as I was in so much pain. Everyone from the gal at the service desk, and all of the shoe professionals, every experience has been great..Today, Mike as usual, got to the bottom of my issue. The shoes I had been wearing were not appropriate for my feet. He recommended a new pair of work boots that look and feel great.Stores like these are almost impossible to find, excellent experiences , customer service , knowledge. No wonder they have been in business for 63 years. Thanks Mike, staff ….and Faherty shoes!!!!

I am just starting the process to get orthotics.But the staff and owner to this point have been patient, thorough, well informed and eager to help. The customers I saw while in the shop looked to be long time established customers. Many with various foot needs. All orthotic work is done on site. There aren't to many places left like this 70 year old business that service from start to finish. Hopefully the finish product will come out as well as the shop experience?

Asked around in a Warminster Group who could "clean up" an almost 30-year-old pair of Dr. Martens. Honestly, this place was the closest to me & could not be more pleased. Best $15 I spent in a long time. & not that I need my a** kissed, but staff was super courteous & helpfull.

I had gone to 2 other places for sneakers. In both instances I had difficulty walking with the sneakers they sold me.I bought another pair from Faherty and had no problem whatsoever. The salesperson that waited on me was excellent. He took his time and explained to me what type is needed for my foot.I was so pleased that I will be going there to purchase my next pair.

First. I was told that I have to wait almost 2 months to have shoes repaired. Second, the price of repair was almost the original price of these shoes. In another repair shop I got it done in 2 days and it costed me almost 3 times less.
