I had the pleasure of visiting this location for my Animals checkup. I was immediately greeted by the wonderful staff. Tara has a smile that can light up the room! Overwhelming Friendly and made you feel welcome to be there. She answered all my Pet needs/questions without missing a beat. Gabriella took my pets important medicine info to ensure I got the right dose. She scheduled my next appointment with ease. Both very welcoming staff.

Made an emergency Saturday appt. I got lost because my gps kicked out and was 30 mins late. They denied me service and my cat was literally dying in the carrier. I begged them to see my cat and they refused.

We have been using family pet clinic for about 4 years now! They are amazing with our fur babies. When we lost our 1st fur baby when they found out they sent us a lovely card signed by the staff. When we got our current fur baby they got on the floor to let him feel comfortable and walk us through every step. The staff is very friendly and professional! Many places now run through a corporate setting only after the bottom dollar at fpc. They care and not just about their patient but your family too. We highly recommend

We took our cat Smoke there this past Wednesday and we were happy with our visit. We had been going here for years but this our first visit under the new ownership. We had Dr. Moore and were very happy with her. She was very caring about our cat. Would definitely recommend them.

I found a kitten and I took her to the vet the next day. They gave everything what the kitten needed up to date and at the end of the day I had to put down the kitten. She had a disease that was going to end up the cat not living within a year and it could pass on to other cats. So I decided to put her down for other cats safety and my kittens that I have at home safety too. I was charge about $500 for a kitten I tried to help off the streets. I didn't take nothing home. They don't care about animals. They are just hungry for money. I will never go here again.

We took our two senior dogs (12 and 17 years old) here for the first time last week. Our previous vet had retired and our dogs needed updated vaccines and overall health care exams. I can't say enough wonderful things about Family Pet Clinic! The office was immaculate. Every interaction I had with the office staff (phone calls, paperwork questions, check-in) was handled in a friendly and professional manner. Dr. Maser and her staff gave our dogs a thorough nose to tail check up. We were nervous because usually the dogs would get so stressed out about going to the vet. Not this time. They were handled gently, appeared to be not upset at all, and were cooperative for the entire exam. I highly recommend Dr. Maser and her staff for your veterinarian needs!

I do not recommend this establishment unless you want to hemorrhage your finances for poor quality testing & serious issues to surface from a vsec professional a few months later. My dog had a tumor removed in January of this year at this facility after running through full cardio testing and is now in heart failure due to malpractice and false advice. Don’t waste your your time or money here.

I normally never have a problem going here however, I accompanied my mom because she had to unfortunately put her beloved 14-year-old dog down. My mother is older and has severe asthma and was obviously very upset about having to do this. When we finally got called in my mom was having a hard time breathing and was coughing. My mom took her mask down trying to catch her breath because it was hard not only emotionally but physically for her to catch her breath due to the asthma. The new vet tech was very rude and not very compassionate at all! The new vet tech kept telling my mom to put her mask all the way on. I understand why we need to wear masks but my mom was clearly having a very hard time breathing and was very upset about having to put her dog down. This new vet tech was being ridiculous about the whole situation and made my mom even more upset about everything. Hopefully we never have to deal with this new vet tech again or she learns about empathy and compassion for the next customer.

Shame on them ! Rip off. Unnecessary testing, additional costs, my dog was sick I brought him in, bloodwork is reasonable. Then the Chest X-rays that can't be read at the office, the antibiotics by iv at the office, and more tests were to much, ok but I did them. My bill over $700, I paid but it was a lot more then I expected to pay.. I explained to tech I was not happy and wanted to speak to doctor. The shaming began. Tried to embarrass me about me questioning why payment was so high. This is valid question. They tried to embarrass me in front of other people why I wouldn't pay this for my dogs care. I said I did pay but it was a lot and a little more communication would have been favorable. Then they gave dog antibiotics and sent him home but asked him to come back next day for more iv antibiotics treatment. I said how much will that cost? And they said only another $100. But you should bring the dog to an animal hospital this weekend but it will run you a few thousand dollars. I said let's see how the antibiotics do before going that route. Tech not happy, said those shaming words again, we do not know what your financial situation is, while in front of several other patients. When my dog was done with the 2nd day treatment of the antibiotics he was so lively It was very obvious he felt better. I took him home and we finished the medication course and he was better. In total I spent $900 that time, shamed financially 5 times and now will never return with any of my dogs. Did I mention they missed some vaccines like lepto and my dogs had their regular visits. It felt like no personal attention was provided, no communication on a plan. It was all about the money and shaming people into more money

This facility has been a total pleasure (as much as a pleasure can be when your dog needs surgery, haha). They have been fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Menninger is on point, direct and efficient. My dog had a lump removed and at one point during her recovery I was concerned that the incision may have an issue, so I called and they suggested I send a picture, so I emailed one. About two hours later I got an email from Dr. Menninger letting me know that all was fine
